Positive: Form Titan is easy to use because it provides complete training about the product. It provides training in the form of documentation, webinars, in person and videos. We attend the training and use the product without any difficulty.

Negative: We don't have any problem till today. Only a small amount of time you need to invest on learning.

Summary: We were using a similar product in past, for document sharing, which was very hard, and expensive, but Titan in all aspects is much more useful to make our team collaboration smoother.

Positive: I mostly love the Microsoft OneDrive integration features, which allows me to access, share and collaborate on files with our team.

Negative: There are many options, but it took me 25 minutes time to learn and start working on it.

Negative: There is nothing found to not like in this app, it's not complex like other apps, need time to learn, but this only takes 30 minutes to learn.

Positive: It has everything I need and more.
I mostly love the word add-in option, it allows me to build the template VIA Microsoft Word and keep the formatting we are used to.

Negative: So many options, it required a 20min learning curve which is worth any minute of it
