You can use the search feature in the app or on the website to find a specific ticket. You can narrow your search results by entering the date, region, and/or category you are looking for. Set up an alert if the ticket you are looking for isn’t in our stream. We will notify you by email or push notification to your phone as soon as a ticket becomes available. You cannot cancel your commitment to purchase tickets once you have made it. Once you have received the tickets from the seller, you can re-list them via us. We will pay your funds from a sale either via PayPal or bank transfer depending on the event. Sellers who receive funds via PayPal will be paid immediately after the sale. Sellers who receive funds via bank transfer will be credited with the money within 5 to 8 days. After the sale is completed, you will receive an email with payment confirmation.
