    Summary: Very happy with the choice we made firstly to manage all our festival/concert ticketing. Implementation was swift and the support was always there.

    With the new version, we have so many more features to use, we are migrating our legacy website onto the LBO platform.

    Positive: Short learning curve
    Exceptionally high standard of customer support - very responsive, quickly and with direct answers on the call.

    Negative: Minor issues relating to box office - user problems really, but there could be ways to improve the user journey.

    Lack of a development environment makes testing a little more demanding.
