Passwordless Authentication and Passwordless Security

Identity is everything. Protect it with Duo.

It’s no secret — passwords can be a real headache, both for the people who use them and the people who manage them. Over time, we’ve created hundreds of passwords, it’s easy to lose track of them and they’re easily compromised. Fortunately, passwordless authentication is becoming a feasible reality for many businesses. Duo can help you get there.

Just what I need, at the right price

    Edited: Jan 25 2023

Summary: I use it both as a remote control and as an end user and I am really happy with the services provided by the software. It fits my small budget and is very useful!

Positive: I like TSplus Remote Support for its simplicity of remote control, its end-user version without download, the choice of monitor (in case of multiple), the video recording, the control of a computer without a user in front of his screen, the temporary blocking of the keyboard and mouse of the remote computer, the chat of course, the sharing of secure multi-user sessions, the transparent updates, automatic.

Negative: I want to be able to share with Apple computers and Android smartphones and tablets.

But I think I read that it was planned for this year, so I am looking forward to it.

Summary: I've used other TSplus products for a few years. When Remote Support was released, I was the first one in line. It has worked out great!

Positive: TeamViewer subscription costs were killing me. Remote Support has a one-time purchase fee. That alone was worth it. It's also really easy to setup and manage. It's reliable. My support guys and end-users had no trouble at all making the switch.

Negative: I would like to see a few additional features built in. I've communicated with the support team and submitted some feature requests. If my experience with other TSplus products is any indication, my features will appear in the next couple revisions :)
