Summary: Before Checker, we had a "home made" web based software supporting our mystery shopping activities, developed by a small software house under our design supervision and actually I was a bit worried to switch to an outsource product, but I must admit that the product itself has all the features we need (and we haven't either used all of them) and the commercial and technical support (Mor himself and Virgiliu, Kristina and Katerina) is really super responsive, helpful and kind, much over our expectations!
Positive: Effective and complete product features.
Kind, skilled and fast Technical Support.
Stability.
On line and on site Training.Negative: I sometimes miss a user guide to support me step by step in the less frequent operations: no problem in the day by day operations, but when I have to deal with dashboard creation or users creations I always have some troubles in finding my way!

Summary: Checker's has found solutions in cases were others couldn't. They respond very fast and always come up with solutions and support in all areas and levels. We don't feel the need to control anything that has to do with questionnaire set-up , reporting etc because they watch our backs.
Positive: The software is the easiest to use for an average user compared to other solutions we have used in the past. The support is immediate and highly effective and we are never let down, we always find solutions that work and we find it fast. We feel like we are partners rather than just using a software.
Negative: Pricing is higher than competition but in terms of value for money Checker's is better.

Positive: The system is very user friendly, it adjusts to the users' need rather easily. Checker also contains quite a number of different features which makes the overall experience with the software very positive.
Negative: As all software products, Checker requires some time to understand of how it works. Not a big deal, but the user have to invest some time for training.

Summary: Mystery shopper project in 8 countries set up in couple of days. Data that can be extracted was all that it needs to be. Turnkey in it's true sense.
Positive: First of all Checker team is incredible. Very helpful, very involved in the project and very very experienced.
Negative: No cons so far. Every step of the project was done on highest level of expertise.

Summary: During our cooperation since 2012 I have seen them grow and develop their services and capabilities. They also listen to customer suggestions for improvement. I particularly appreciate the support I receive. I can definitely recommend the software and the company as a good cooperation partner.
Positive: The system is quite user friendly, easy to navigate and work with. It provides many features for conducting successful research programs for Mystery Shopping, employee and customer surveys. The survey designing, questionnaire scripting and reporting is fairly easy there. They also provide excellent customer support - always ready to explain and help if anything is unclear.
Negative: As always, you can find some technicalities to be improved, which they constantly do.

Summary: As an administrator I can be satisfied with the features, but I would like to menu more sequential. In creating dashboard I feel difficulties and the final product does not like me.
Positive: I like the features of inserting questionnaires and their programming. Scheduling organization and possibility of handling visits.
Negative: Design is unintuitive and there are menus that could be sequences to avoid using multiple menus to the ultimate goal. The creation of a dashboard for the end customer is difficult to configure, unappealing and with a design that is unappealing and undynamic.

Summary: i can say it is nice experience to use this software. Kristina is very helpful to me if i have any question, she is always supportive.
Positive: I like the software , it's user friendly.
The support is amazing however, I need time to reach the support team.Negative: I prefer to have account manager for any technical support needed from our side. this person should be available within 2 hours during the working hours.
