Summary: Easy hands on.

Positive: Outlook, outlook, it's nice to work with and it's really , really easy to use. I like it very much and i consider using it for my future projects.

Negative: That it is paid version, and you do not understand that you cannot use your data until you've done your survey.

Summary: Easy to use and really explicit. You can check any time the survey, not sure how you end the survey.

Positive: Good advice, nice framework.
Was easy to access the web page, they have quite interesting options and indications.

Negative: Everything is fine. honestly it's my first time when using surveys, so I am pretty new to compare.

Summary: I enjoyed and found the making of survey easier but having to go through all this to get full viewing of my answers is a massive negative.

Positive: Free comment boxes!! Survey Monkey required membership to do this and I needed actual feedback from survey takers.

Negative: Paying / having to sign up for more things to access results.

Summary: Best survey apps I've ever use, the reports is the most valuable part of SurveyLegend for me. been using this SurveyLegend for more than 2 years now,

Positive: - easy to create survey
- ease to access the survey
- ability to export the data
- live report on survey answers
- team in survey legend is also great (they reply to our question promptly)

Negative: - the access sometimes a bit sluggish especially in the last 2019

Summary: I am first time user of any survey setup and it was very easy to setup, clear guidance and very self explanatory options. I really liked how quickly it was up and running.
I loved different options of comments, ratings and text box.
overall really good experience.

Negative: Some more clarity on packages is needed. I was not very clear on whats included in all different plans but that could also be because of my first experience. May be addition of how many results can be accessed can make it more clear.

Summary: Great user experience. Easy to use. Great design. User friendly. Ability to customize the design to fit my specific need is quite fantastic.

Positive: I like how the analytics have been generated. It makes it easy to make informed decisions and inferences from the responses of the survey.

Negative: The location and time stamp of some responses were not available.
Exporting data is only available on the premium package.

Summary: The application is easy to use. No extra training is required. Online help are readily available to guide in completing the survey.

Positive: Easy to use and flexible for quick analysis. This captures the IP address to weed out unwanted data.

Negative: Limit of respondents per upgrade category. Having a higher number of respondents is needed for data acceptability.

Summary: Very happy overall and our team is also impressed with being able to see the data collected so far.

Negative: There are no difficulties as the survey was to make it simple and this site provided that for me.

Positive: Clear, user friendly interface. Surveys look great, including on mobile. Pricing provides good value.

Negative: Not much to criticize, but available question types can seem limited in certain categories.

Summary: I prefer SurveyLegend to the service that I used previously. Everything just flows better, and people seem more inclined to participate (be surveyed). I like how results are presented and sorted.

Positive: Easier and more dynamic than SurveyMonkey. Intuitive results. More options/possibilities in creating the forms. Easy to use on the phone. Starter version is free.

Negative: I didn't have any problems with SurveyLegend, so no complaints to speak of.

Summary: I am still browsing around but so far so good. I don't have anything to complain about just like the ease.

Positive: Simple set up, easy to follow and customizable. i like the various options for the questionnaire too.

Negative: haven't found a con yet. I hope to continue using it and not find anything significant.

Summary: I successfully made my survey with this software and I'm happy with it. It is very easy to use and very well organized software for researchers and students.

Positive: I liked the easy and understandable question pattern of this software and it is very easy to share & use!

Negative: Nothing. Everything is very good. I couldn't find anything unuseful or complicated in this software.
