Summary: Fine.

Positive: Easy to use and apply.

Negative: Transparency and tools available.

Summary: SurveyLegend is very easy to use and everything is clear. You can easily create a survey and share it. Answer are correctly shown and understandable. One negative point is the fact that it's written that the service is free and finally you discover that you should pay before being able to export your collected data. It will be better if it's clearly written that you should pay to export your data.

Positive: Ease of usage, clarity and answers are received automatically, everything is well organized; everyone can understand.

Negative: The lack of transparency related to the cost for exporting data.

Summary: Experience was ok. Instructions for first time users can be more detailed so the new user knows what to expect. This would have been a great opportunity to try all features in its entirety without charging for the first survey to include all features. There are a lot of organizations looking for survey sites that can express all features during free trial, only if it is but for a week.

Positive: Data is easily collected and is comprehensible. Creating survey was easy to create and follow on this site.

Negative: As first time customer I should not be charged to collect data needed for important meeting. The webpage should be more thorough as to what is expected in order to receive information needed.

Summary: The experience was a tad hazy and due to no subscription, can't access much info from the survey. Pretty disappointing and thus I'm doing this in order to retrieve the feedback provided by participants of the workshop.

Positive: Has some free features that other surveys does not eg: rating scale, analytical charts of the survey data captured, etc.

Negative: Can't even get the basic info of feedback from survey done as it's "locked" because no subscription with Survey Legend :(

Summary: Disliked having my information held hostage in exchange for this review.

Positive: Liked being able to create an image survey.

Negative: Wish the size of the pictures didn't have to be square (both of the images I wanted to survey were rectangles).

Summary: Design tool and surveys can be answered by public without them having to login/create an account to respond.

Positive: Surveys can be answered by public without them having to login/create an account, unlike Google Forms which require every respondent to have a Google account.

Negative: Dreadful support (you get ignored).
Some limitations around multiple selection on multiple choice questions.
