Negative: Although there are no significant negatives to using Squaretalk, some users might experience a learning curve when adapting to the new features. However, once users become accustomed to the platform, these features contribute to its overall functionality and versatility.

Summary: Very easy to install and use. No problems at all. Very polite and competent support, I will recommend it.
Positive: Easy-to-use, powerful. Softphone and the admin platform are both very user friendly and understandable.
Negative: No cons have been noticed so far. I haven't faced any difficulties yet.

Positive: I like the service that they are providing, also the prices are so low compared to it! Fast connection, and easy to assemble!
Negative: Nothing at all! Compared to other companies everything its okay!

Summary: I recommend this soft to everyone in our field. Very easy to use, very cheap and easy to integrate. Good CS and tech support. In addition you have excellent stats and monitoring over the performance of the operators.

Summary: Good guys that can be recommended as a reliable VOIP partner for your business. Name it, they have it.
Positive: The guys are very flexible and have that problem solving mentality that you need in a service provider.
Negative: The only thing I can point out as a negative is that there is a minimum for Matrix users, but that's not too much of a deal.

Summary: It is a great VOIP if you're planning to grow your Business. The Team is very welcoming and quick to respond. They can adapt to your needs and goals and even negotiate on different things. I would highly recommend.
Positive: The system is super well built to provide the user with as many options as possible. Everything is on the user's hands so you can decide for yourself how to configure your own system as it is very customizable. Has many tools such as Spamchecker, Autodialer and many many more.
Negative: Sometimes there might be tough times with the outbound routes as the calls may not go through due to some small issues that might incur, and even though the support's response time is very great and quick, some issues must be passed to another department which can deal with them, which might require until the next day to be finalized as a process. This might happen only for me as my working hours are a little bit late and there isn't much assistance to be offered for issues at this time.

Summary: A go to in this industry, one for the long run. Capable and friendly support team with good options and solutions
Positive: Easy to use, simple interface, easy integration, wide range of products and a highly capable support team to find solutions.
Negative: While the dialer service is generally reliable, connectivity issues do arise, but nothing that takes too long to manage

Summary: Very happy for using the app when i can export data about the workload of my team and where we can improve.
Positive: The ability to track and monitor my team. The viewing and recording of the phone call helps me improve and understand my customer.
Negative: That i can't connect it with SALESFORCE to integrate all off the work i have of one customer.
