Positive: Communication is good. Service is good. Payment options are flexible which is good. So overall is good. I haven't moved to an other provider so it's good. Best is my account manager Victoria - she is just the best manager ever - very fast and always follows up!

Positive: So far Squaretalk is one of the best VoIP providers i have ever used or worked with before in the past. The setup process was incredibly simple, and the call quality is crystal clear with minimal latency. They have great variety of outbound destinations too, customer support team is top-notch as well – responsive and helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance.
Negative: There is always room for improvement, but cannot really think of something extremely important. Maybe design could be improved a bit.
