Summary: Overall it's been a great experience and we'll continue using Squaretalk for our VoIP phone service for our business.
Positive: We have been using Squaretalk for several years now, implementing the VoIP phone and logs that are incorporated into our CRM. It's very easy to use, and whenever we have had issues, the customer service is great. They respond quickly by email or telephone, and when needed with desktop sharing.
Negative: I don't really see cons to using the service. It's easy to use, and easy to top off the minutes allowed when needed instead of having to pay a flat amount each month whether we use the minutes or not.

Summary: Overall the software has been very positive for us. Our staff use it daily to call all our customers around the World. Line quality is quite good and we never really have connection issues.
Positive: Ability to monitor calls.
Never had a call drop.
Ability to call anywhere in the World.
Having a local number.
Ease of billing.Negative: Can be difficult to setup initially.

Summary: We have used many VoIP providers over the years and hands down Squaretalk is the best at every aspect.
Positive: The systems is flawless we make 1000s of calls every week and everything runs like clockwork.
I can honestly say none of our agents have complained of a dropped line or bad signal same goes for our clients.
The support team and account managers are first class and nothing is to much trouble for them.Negative: The white labelling of IP addresses before access to systems can be a little frustrating.

Summary: When using a telephony platform, the main concern is not only how good it is or if the features could be this or that. The main concern should be if an issue happens, how fast and reliable the solution is.
Do not doubt support with Squaretalk.Positive: Fast and reliable support.
Extended flexibility.
Self Service for a lot of amendments and services.
Good voice quality of calls.
Click-to-call with CRM software.
Supports Softphones and physical devices.Negative: None for now.

Summary: Very easy to install and use. No problems at all. Very polite and competent support, I will recommend it.
Positive: Easy-to-use, powerful. Softphone and the admin platform are both very user friendly and understandable.
Negative: No cons have been noticed so far. I haven't faced any difficulties yet.

Positive: I like the service that they are providing, also the prices are so low compared to it! Fast connection, and easy to assemble!

Summary: I recommend this soft to everyone in our field. Very easy to use, very cheap and easy to integrate. Good CS and tech support. In addition you have excellent stats and monitoring over the performance of the operators.

Summary: Good guys that can be recommended as a reliable VOIP partner for your business. Name it, they have it.
Positive: The guys are very flexible and have that problem solving mentality that you need in a service provider.
Negative: The only thing I can point out as a negative is that there is a minimum for Matrix users, but that's not too much of a deal.
