Summary: SaneBox has helped me accommodate my workflow to fit and prioritize my most important tasks during the day. It is of great use to have a tool that can organize and keep you from distractions, and something as delicate as emails are, it is important to choose the right tool that can actually handle the big influx of emails and sort them properly to not cause any issues in our workflow. SaneBox has been a good ally and it accomplishes everything that it says it will, so my experience has been very nice with this software. I like that I can actually put my time in the urgent emails I receive and leave the rest for later, and it has impacted my workflow positively because I can organize my time better. I often receive promotional emails from different things and newsletters from sites that I am subscribed to, and being able to have these things put in different folders and not risking any distractions from taking place during my work hours has been extremely beneficial towards me and my business, and it helps me every day to just focus on my projects and plans and pay attention to the things that need to be taken care of urgently. As a small business, it is my job to know how to prioritize things and not get caught in a loop where all my emails are cluttered, and SaneBox is a great tool that helps me keep things in the right place.

Positive: What I like about SaneBox is that it is a great organizational tool that can keep all my emails under control and give my routine more organization and cleanness. I feel like emails are something that can always feel too cluttered because of the amount of emails that I receive, so this is a great solution to help me have more control around it.

-SaneBox creates different folders for the different types of emails that I receive and it adds them to my email account, sorting all my emails and leaving the important ones in my main inbox folder. This helps tremendously with focusing on what’s important and leaving the rest for when my workday is finished or when I am on my break.

-What is great about this software is that it has really smart technology that tracks all my emails and analyzes what are important matters to me and tracks the rates of opened emails from my account, analyzing which ones should be put in the main inbox and which ones are added to the SaneBox folders.

-I like that this software doesn’t require any installations for it to work on my mailbox and it works immediately as soon as it is set up. SaneBox also saves me a lot of time during my work days because it keeps me from wasting it checking every email and making sure that it is actually important or not, and it helps me focus on my main tasks during the day.

Negative: When I first started using SaneBox, I found that it didn’t sort some of my emails correctly even with their smart technology and I was ready to be disappointed with this solution. Then I discovered that I had to “train” the software for it to start recognizing more and more the prioritization of my emails by dragging them to the different folders that it creates and since I’ve done that, it has made an incredible difference in the way my emails are sorted and now the it works perfectly well and it balances all the emails I receive to keep my focus on the things that matter. I have also found that the price is quite elevated compared to other solutions and I would like to see more variety in the price ranges as well as the offered features on each plan.
