Summary: My company is very pleased with the product and for a reasonable price. We had searched multiple options but really liked that the price was great in order to make us HIPAA compliant in the healthcare field. We have other companies that use other products, but it gets tedious having to sign in and authenticate all the time. Paubox secures the emails without the extra steps. In addition, companies that reply back to our emails are also automatically protected.

Positive: the service from Paubox lets us send emails without worrying about private information getting leaked. In addition, we don't have to have people receiving our emails go through additional steps in order to open the emails which is one of the best parts of using Paubox.

Negative: Nothing so far, it's easy to use for the sender and receiver.

Summary: I am very happy with Paubox! It provides secure encryption to support HIPAA compliance within my group practice. Once you complete the initial setup, adding new users is an easy one-step process in the Paubox online dashboard. You can easily review your stats in the dashboard as well.

Positive: Paubox has easy step-by-step instructions to set up and integrates seamlessness into Google Workspace.

Negative: Setup may be difficult for those who are not technically savvy.

Summary: I was using another encryption service before and it had so many extra steps. I switched to Paubox and it’s all done with no extra steps. Love it.

Positive: I love how Paubox takes care of protecting my e-mail but does it so seamlessly. All the work is done behind the scenes. I just send emails and they are automatically encrypted

Negative: There are no cons to using Paubox! I have been recommending it to all of my colleagues.

Summary: I would recommend anyone needing HIPAA-compliant email to try Paubox. I am not the best IT person and sometimes feel technology can hold us back professionally. Paubox has made it possible for me to be confident my electronic communications are encrypted and compliant with HIPAA standards. If I can set it up and use it, anyone can.

Positive: Paubox is extremely easy to use and monitor. The encryption process used by Paubox allows recipients to quickly access communications without all the extra passwords and or links to follow. Pharmacists and pharmacies need a safe and effective way to communicate electronically along with other healthcare providers and Paubox has made that possible without charging excessive monthly fees or requiring specific email providers services.

Negative: Not a true complaint, there is definitely a learning curve for maximizing the benefits Paubox offers. Paubox will block senders on top of your email servers spam services if it is categorized as suspicious (bounced mail etc). But once you learn to utilize whitelists/blacklists you can make sure those emails most important to you get to you while still blocking all the other stuff so it doesn't ever make it to your inbox.

Summary: I have been happy with the service response, customer service, ease of use, and overall experience.

Positive: I like that I don't have to think about encryption every time I send an email; it automatically happens.

Negative: I would like there to be an option for solo practitioners. I have the smallest package, which is 3 users.

Summary: I have not had to log into the administrative portal one time since the initial configuration 2 years ago so that says a lot!

Positive: Nothing to do but configure it and start sending emails. I like that each sent email has a special signature indicating the email is secure.

Negative: None really. If anything maybe a feature to add an option to have an EVEN more secure option for sending files that requires the recipient to do two-factor auth.

Summary: Overall, Paubox is an excellent service that gives me peace of mind about HIPAA compliance in patient communications via email.

Positive: Paubox has made it easy for me to send/receive HIPAA-compliant emails to my patients. On my end, I have the comfort of knowing that my email communications with my patients are protected at rest and in transit. My patients enjoy having the ability to reach me by email, rather than having to go through a patient portal for communications.

Initial setup can be a little bit tricky for people who are not tech savvy, but they have very good customer service.

I do not use their email marketing/campaign service, but only because I don't have the need to.

Negative: Occasionally quarantines emails that are legitimate. But, it's possible to white list those addresses and domains in the Admin panel.

Summary: Paubox is easy to set up and seamlessly integrates into Google Workspace. We feel secure handling sensitive data. Great customer service support. The price is also right.

Summary: Paubox has been an excellent product for our team that needs reliable HIPAA-compliant email, we have had far fewer client complaints, and no HIPAA issues since we started using Paubox.

Positive: Paubox was very easy to set up.
Customer service responds quickly.
The assigned rep is very helpful and helps resolve issues quickly.
The backend has a number of useful features.
New features are added regularly.

Negative: The price is relatively high.
With a growing product, there are sometimes technical issues

Positive: Our organization loves using Paubox for our emails with our clients. The support we receive is amazing. There are no spam emails. It has really helped our business with communications!

Positive: Paubox brings me peace of mind to the important work I do. Sending secure emails is of the utmost importance and I know that I can rely on Paubox to provide stellar security and encryption to my emails. When I first began my small business, I had a lot of questions for Paubox! Their customer service and response were excellent. I have complete confidence in this business and have already recommended them to business associates.

Negative: Honestly, I don't have anything to write in this box.

Summary: The technical support team has been great. We moved our VPS to a different platform and the tech support team was able to keep us up and running while our DNS information was updated. I feel that Paubox has met my expectations and their commitment.

Positive: The Paubox platform uses "passive" encryption. If your message is sent to an email address whose system meets the minimum security requirements the message will be sent. Since the message is encrypted at rest in our system and encrypted while transmitted, we've met the HIPAA standard for email security. The incoming filtering system is also great to avoid malware and phishing that can result in a security breach and potential HIPAA violation.

The passive encryption aspect makes this solution so much more user-friendly when exchanging data between known entities that also maintain the appropriate level of encryption.

Negative: I'd like Paubox to support Zoho and other mail services beyond Google Workspace and Office365.

Summary: We're in mortgage and need encrypted email on the Gmail private label platform without typing in security passwords every email. Paubox is the solution!

Positive: Tech support and simplicity of use.
You can't find a more responsive group than Paubox tech support!!

Negative: None I can think of, super simple to add enterprise users.

Summary: Perfection! The service, the product, and the ease of use are all 100%. I like it so much that I added a second account and both fit the bill.

Positive: Paubox has been a winner for me from the beginning. I wanted an easy-to-use secure encrypted email system in order to safely communicate with my clients. Having my emails encrypted whether coming or going is a great advantage. I seriously appreciate not having to go to a separate site, sign in, respond to a text, etc. I never get complaints and it's exactly what I wanted.

Negative: Sometimes my emails get sent to the client's spam box. It doesn't happen often and it's not a big problem.

Summary: It has helped reduce harmful emails. I get weekly reports and phishing reports as needed/urgency.

Positive: Customer Service/Account Manager, this is my number 1 Pro. To have a team call you every quarter, listen to our business concerns and create solutions And if I have a problem, you can talk to a real person. What a concept! Products: Executive Protect, HIPPA Compliant, and Encrypted eMails. It has helped reduce harmful emails. I get weekly reports and phishing reports as needed/urgency

Negative: None at this time. They provide great customer service and I am more relaxed and have faith in their product
