Summary: I had been on the hunt for a bulk SMS provider for a while. Earlier I was jumping from platform to platform before I found out about SMSCountry. I have to say, it is by far the best texting platform I have ever come across. They have a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that I received the customer service I was looking for. The platform offers best-in-class features like dynamic sender ID, 2 way SMS, Email to SMS, APIs, and much more.

It has many good features to offer, but the only con that I believe is that its website interface could have been better. But, despite that, as I have been using this particular provider for the last 6 months, on a weekly basis, I would strongly recommend my friends and colleagues to use SMSCountry as their bulk SMS provider, as I had an overall pleasant experience.

If I have to pick one thing that I was most impressed with, that would be their customer service. I have not seen many companies so dedicated to making sure that their customers have the best experience, and asking so many detailed questions to make sure that they can improve the quality of their services. I can recollect one time when their agent was on the phone with me for a very long time to sort out every inquiry that I had. That gave me a feeling that they really care about my business and I am in the right place.

Positive: The customer experience was exceptional and the features that the platform provides are best in class.

Negative: The user interface could have been a little better.
