I am using Rannkly for the past 6 months and so far I am very happy with it, it is value for money.

Positive: 1) The best part I loved about Rannkly is that I can see all the reviews from all over the internet in a single place, now I don't have to jump over different websites to see what my customers are talking about my business.
2) Earlier I used to go to different websites and reply to my customers there, but with Rannkly I can reply to my customers directly from the dashboard.
3) Well, this is not only the case. When I registered my business at Rannkly I found some hidden reviews posted by my customer on the websites that usually as a business owner I would have never gone to.
4) Finally, Rannkly is saving my time as I can manage my social media platforms altogether in a single place. I can upload posts to all my social media platforms in a single go.

Negative: In my last 6 months of usage, I did not find any issues with Rannkly. If there is anything I do not understand I simply call their customer service and my issue gets resolved instantly.
No cons as of now, but I see that they are adding more features to the tool and I am just waiting for those features to try my hands on it.
