    Positive: As an eCommerce store owner, it was quite challenging for me to manage all the customer queries in a timely manner. And, I was looking for an effective customer communication tool. Then found REVE Chat. It helps me to enhance customer experiences through faster response times and more personalized support.

    Negative: The free trial is only for 14 days I think its should be free for more time or cost less.
