Negative: My biggest complaint with the company is not with the everyday usability, but more so with the customer service team, and one specific feature that was advertised, but actually didn't work. The customer service team is great for easy questions, but if its something a little more complicated, you may have to call 2-4 times to find a resolution. And it may take hours to get to someone that will listen and try to solve it. This has happened quite a few times where the customer service member will just hang up because they don't want to work on the issue anymore. Also, we had a big problem with QB Advanced. They claim that with Advanced you can make a copy of your company. We were relying on this when we sold our business so that we could both have a copy of the records. The copying process was a nightmare. And in the end all we got was a mediocre copy, and an acknowledgment that the copy company feature rarely works. This was a big frustration and I spent countless hours on the phone with Quickbooks trying to make it work.

Summary: Easy to use, robust and really helps keep my business financial account/s well organized overall. Would recommend to any business owner that wants to keep their books/finances in order.
