    Summary: Angry customers, bad review on social media platforms & number of server crashes due to high demand. We deployed Queue-it first time & it worked perfectly. We will use it again.

    Positive: We had major issues last 3 years but this time all went smooth simply because we had Queue-it in place. Everyone got served fairly. We didn't look anywhere else for another product as this served our purpose well.

    Negative: None. We didn't know our application & server capacity as it is setup on a new infrastructure. So we had to continuously increase the outflow to reduce the wait time in the queue! Customers were happy to see the wait time go down fast!

    Great product to use for any busy online on-sale

    Summary: Queue-it stops our back-end systems from falling over from high demand when we release our most sought after tickets. Behind the website sits a ticketing system that can only process so much at once. If we suddenly get 100,000 visitors in matter of hours, queue-it helps us deal with the demand while providing a great customer experience.

    Positive: Queue-it is easy to use and guarantees that a busy on-sale or spike in traffic won't cause any problems.

    The dashboards are easy to read and share with colleagues.

    Negative: I've really struggled to come up with something I dislike about queue-it. Everyone from the company is very friendly and professional. Their support is next to none and have helped us with a few bespoke requests very quickly.

    Summary: Overall, Queue-it is a great product and has fantastic support who are there to help you at any moment.

    Positive: Support is absolutely wonderful - will sit with you through setup and on sales and is great at setting up custom looks. Price is pretty good too.

    Negative: The actual ease of using the platform is a little cumbersome, especially surrounding the safety net feature. Documentation could be better.
