Queue-Fair Description

A virtual waiting room is a page that keeps visitors away from busy websites and then feeds them back to the protected site at a pace it can handle, while maintaining responsiveness and performance.

Websites can handle sudden or unexpected peaks in traffic without a website crash. It also means that websites don't have to waste energy on additional servers when they are not busy. This makes it green tech, if implemented correctly.

Fair virtual waiting rooms return visitors in first-come first-served fashion. A good virtual waiting area should keep visitors informed about their progress and the remaining wait time.

A crashed website is the worst thing for your business. High-demand sales not only damage your servers but also damage your reputation. Smooth branding can help you protect your customers' goodwill.

Our original patented virtual waiting room technology allows you to show your customers that fairness is important while providing a fully branded customer journey.

    Good product; Excellent support

    Date: Aug 03 2026

Summary: A waiting room is the sort of tool you could build in a couple of days; then spend ~20 events ironing out all the bugs. QueueFair has already done that. I think it's worth the money.

Positive: We are a k12 district that used QueueFair for our parking sign-up (which is a way higher intensity event than it probably sounds like). Working with them was a great experience end-to-end. It felt like we got the VIP treatment despite being a small customer. We had some unusual stuff we were trying to do as far as allowing users to save their positions in a way that was tied to their Google account, and validating that the user that signed in to enter the queue was the same one that signed up for a parking spot. Matt was ready to jump right in to the technical stuff with us on the sales call, and via email after we were a customer. There was no wading through multiple tiers of support. The technical and security guides are really through. This is a "do one thing well" kind-of company, and they do it well. I think that shows up best in the way that they have tuned the working of user-facing messaging. That might sound trivial, but it's those little differences that might mean 50-100 extra support calls on event day.

Negative: Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever. This is a company that has spent 20+ years refining one thing. It's pretty good.

    Perfect Tool for Product Drops

    Date: Jul 30 2026

Summary: We use Queue-Fair to manage product drops and traffic surges for clients whose sites see very high demand during product launches, far more visitors than the site could otherwise handle cleanly. The virtual waiting room lets us control that load without the site crashing or customers running into errors, which has directly supported the client's ability to grow their user base and pursue new business opportunities they couldn't have taken on with their previous setup.

Positive: It completely solved the issue we had with our servers getting overloaded with big spikes in demand. Our product drops are now smooth, where they used to be a nightmare. The interface is genuinely easy to navigate. We didn't need a long onboarding process to get comfortable managing queues and settings. When we've had questions, the documentation has consistently had the answer, which is a relief compared to platforms where you're stuck submitting a support ticket for basic things.

Negative: If we had to point to one thing, and it’s a stretch to find anything to dislike, it's that finding a very specific setting sometimes takes a few clicks through nested menus rather than being surfaced directly. Dashboard customization is also somewhat limited if you need to track a particular combination of metrics. That said, it's never gotten in the way of our day-to-day use. The platform has worked exactly as we've needed it to.

    Fantastic Queue-Fair Experience

    Date: Jul 28 2026

Summary: We needed a Virtual Waiting Room to be able to protect from the surge we have when launching our largest event which can cause issues with our booking platform. Queue-Fair will provide a smooth user experience, increasing customer satisfaction and sales conversions.

Positive: My experience with Queue-Fair has been fantastic. The initial signup and onboarding was quick and easy, the documentation is thorough making the setup and testing relatively simple.

I've had two virtual meetings with members of the Queue-Fair team, one to go through initial setup and questions and one before our event to go over final checks. The knowledge of the product is thorough, which should be expected but isnt always the case. What also impressed me was that the product has clearly evolved over time, there is rational for everything backed by real world examples. This gives me real confidence in the product to handle our needs, because its done it all before!

Negative: There really hasnt been any downsides or negatives yet.

Outstanding experience – Reliable, easy to use, and backed by an amazing team

    Date: Jul 24 2026

Summary: We chose Queue-Fair to manage high traffic during one of our busiest online events, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.

The implementation was surprisingly straightforward, with clear documentation and a platform that's intuitive from day one. Within a very short time, we had everything configured and ready to go. During our traffic peak, Queue-Fair performed flawlessly, protecting our infrastructure while giving our users a transparent and fair waiting experience.

One of the things we appreciate most is the flexibility of the platform. Queue-Fair offers an impressive level of granular configuration, allowing us to fine-tune virtually every aspect of the queue to match our specific operational and business requirements. The customization options are outstanding, making it easy to tailor both the queue behavior and the user experience to fit our brand and our use cases perfectly.

What really sets Queue-Fair apart is the customer support. The team was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. They answered our questions quickly, provided practical advice, and gave us confidence throughout the entire process.

Since implementing Queue-Fair, we've eliminated the stress of traffic spikes and no longer worry about website instability during critical launches. Instead, we can focus on delivering the best possible experience to our customers, knowing the platform is reliable and performs exactly as promised.

Overall, Queue-Fair is an excellent solution for any business expecting high-demand traffic. It's reliable, easy to deploy, highly flexible, and supported by a team that truly cares about its customers' success. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional virtual waiting room solution.

Positive: What impressed us most about Queue-Fair is its combination of reliability, flexibility, and ease of use. The platform handled our highest traffic peaks flawlessly, giving us complete confidence that our website would remain stable during critical events.

We also really appreciate the level of control it provides. The feature set is extremely comprehensive, with highly granular configuration options that allow us to tailor the queue behavior to our exact operational requirements. On top of that, the customization possibilities are exceptional, making it easy to deliver a seamless, fully branded waiting room experience.

Finally, the customer support has been outstanding. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping customers succeed. Whether during the initial setup or for ongoing questions, they've consistently gone above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Negative: Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the user interface. While it's perfectly functional and gives access to a very powerful set of features, some sections of the dashboard feel a bit dated and could benefit from a more modern, streamlined design.

Because Queue-Fair offers such a rich set of configuration options, the interface can occasionally feel overwhelming for first-time users. A refreshed UI with improved navigation and a more polished visual experience would make an already excellent product even better. That said, once you're familiar with it, the flexibility and level of control it provides are hard to beat.

    Exactly What We Needed

    Date: Jun 25 2026

Summary: The event launch was handled perfectly, and we were able to manage demand without overloading our servers. The queueing system worked flawlessly and gave us complete confidence throughout the process. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would happily use the solution again for future high-demand events.

Positive: This was the first time we had used a virtual queueing system, and from the very first contact, the team was incredibly helpful and attentive. We had a video call where everything was explained clearly, and all of our questions were answered in detail.

The support was outstanding throughout the entire process. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, the response was immediate. Knowing that there was an experienced team available to support us gave us a great deal of confidence and peace of mind.

The integration process was very well documented and easy to follow. Overall, the solution met all of our expectations.

Negative: We haven't encountered any issues so far. Our experience has been very positive from start to finish, and the platform has worked exactly as expected.

Seamless Peak-Traffic Registration with Queue-Fair’s Intuitive Queue and Stellar Support

    Edited: Jun 23 2026

Summary: Queue-Fair prevented the visible collapse of our registration platform at peak demand, ensuring that no user was left out due to technical errors or system overload. Even when our server failed internally, the queue acted as a protective shield and users were completely unaware of any issues. For a high-demand service with a waiting list, that is priceless.

Positive: We came to Queue-Fair with a very specific challenge: the opening of registrations for a summer activity program, with an expected peak of up to 5,000 simultaneous users. Our IT team warned us that without a virtual queue solution, the system would not be able to handle the load.
From the very first contact, the Queue-Fair team was clear, efficient, and approachable. Matt in particular went above and beyond to configure everything in the most suitable way for us, even overcoming the language barrier between English and Spanish to make sure every detail was perfectly tailored to our system. That level of personal commitment makes all the difference.
The dashboard is very visual and intuitive, and the test mode allowed us to simulate the traffic peak before the actual launch day, which was essential for going into the opening with confidence and peace of mind.
During the registration opening, our own internal system experienced errors that caused server outages. However, thanks to Queue-Fair's virtual queue, users did not notice any issues at all — they continued waiting their turn normally, without interruptions or frustration. That is exactly what we needed.

Negative: Nothing. The entire process, from the initial setup to the support provided on launch day, was professional and seamless. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement.

Reliable Queue Management for High-Demand Race Registrations

    Edited: Jun 10 2026

Summary: Queue-Fair has become an important part of our event registration infrastructure. Before using Queue-Fair, managing large spikes in traffic during registration launches was a major concern. With Queue-Fair in place, we can confidently open registration knowing that participants will be handled fairly and that our system will remain stable. We have successfully managed registration periods with more than 14,000 visitors and have been very satisfied with both the platform and the customer support. I would highly recommend Queue-Fair to race organizers, ticketing platforms, and any organization expecting high volumes of concurrent visitors.

Positive: What I like most about Queue-Fair is its reliability during peak registration periods. As a race organizer, we often experience very high traffic when registration opens. Queue-Fair has successfully helped us manage more than 14,000 visitors without causing our registration system to become overloaded. The implementation process was straightforward, the queue experience was easy for participants to understand, and the support team has always been responsive and professional whenever assistance was needed.

Negative: Our overall experience has been very positive. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the availability of more detailed self-service documentation and implementation examples for event organizers. However, the support team has always been quick to assist and provide clear guidance whenever required.

By controlling incoming traffic, the software has prevented slowdowns and outages, allowing our website to remain stable even during high-demand events. This has been critical for maintaining trust and delivering a high-quality user experience.
Another major advantage is the ease of integration. The setup process was smooth, the documentation was clear, and the support team was responsive and knowledgeable whenever we had questions. It’s evident that the company prioritize both functionality and customer success.

    Reliable, easy, customisable and affordable

    Date: May 06 2026

Summary: Queue-Fair is an incredible solution for on sale server strain. With their friendly service, freedom, ease & speed of customisation, reliable and fair front end, and affordable pricing, I could not recommend this product more highly.

Positive: Queue-Fair provided straight forward integration with the ticketing platform we use, competitive pricing and a seamless experience for us and our customers.

The detailed set up instructions ensured everything was ready to go in the one-on-one set up meeting. It was easy to set up multiple users and painless to test out.

The system has some clear personality on the back end and provided very clear warnings and recommendations before you act, while the front-end gave confidence and clarity to our customers.

The system itself looked great and was easy to customise with our own branding. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to others.

Negative: After upgrading to the Unlimited Service you aren’t able to drop back to the Free Tier, which is available to new users.

Reliable and Stress-Free Traffic Management for High-Demand Periods

    Date: Apr 24 2026

Summary: We have been using Queue-Fair for several years now, specifically during high-demand events, and it has consistently delivered a smooth and reliable experience.

It’s a solution we trust when it matters most, and we consider it an important part of our infrastructure during peak periods.

Positive: Queue-Fair has been a very reliable solution for managing high traffic during our annual entrance exams period. We only need it for a short time each year, but during that critical window it performs exactly as expected — stable, easy to configure, and effective in preventing server overload.

The setup is straightforward, and the rule-based system gives us full control over when and how it is activated. Their support team is also responsive and professional whenever needed.

What we value most is the peace of mind it provides during peak demand, where downtime or performance issues would not be acceptable.

Negative: Since our usage is limited to a short period each year, it would be helpful to have even more flexible billing options tailored for seasonal use cases. However, overall the value delivered during critical periods justifies the cost.

    A Game-Changer for High-Demand Ticket Sales

    Date: Apr 07 2026

Summary: Queue-Fair effectively prevents site crashes during peak demand by controlling the flow of visitors, while still giving users real-time updates and a clear sense of their place in line. The platform is easy to integrate on our website, customizable to match our branding, and provides strong protection against bots and queue abuse - making it a reliable solution for handling large-scale ticket sales and high-demand events. The pricing is very reasonable, and the support team is exceptional - responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed.

Positive: What I like best about Queue-Fair is how seamlessly it manages high traffic of some of our high traffic events on our ticketing website while keeping the user experience smooth and fair.

Negative: While Queue-Fair performs very well overall, some advanced features and customizations may require a deeper technical understanding to fully maximize their potential - but this also highlights how the platform goes beyond the basics.

Queue-Fair was a game-changer for our Registration Process!

    Date: Mar 28 2026

Summary: Before using Queue-fair, our event registration process was frustrating for everybody involved. Our servers couldn't handle the load and registrants would have to repeatedly refresh, receiving Bad Gateway errors and timeouts. Queue-fair solved that issue for us, and registrants could see exactly how many users were ahead of them in the queue, and how long it would take to get to the registration. So much better!

Positive: The Queue-fair virtual waiting room was a game-changer for our registration process. One registrant sent this message: "Smoothest sign-up ever. The queue system works SO much better." Having the queue helped prevent frustration, website crashes, continual refreshing — the registration process was monumentally improved. But in addition to having an excellent product, Queue-fair has incredible customer service. They were responsive and helpful, and made the entire set-up process extremely easy. And their pricing was extremely competitive — they even have a free version, which is such a valuable service to provide. I highly recommend!

Negative: I can't think of anything I didn't like. Queue-fair exceeded all my expectations.

Summary: Queue-Fair exceeded all our expectations. It prevented any website downtime and ensured a smooth user experience throughout our event. It is a reliable, high-performance solution backed by an excellent support team. Highly recommended for anyone needing a professional virtual waiting room.

Positive: The best part of Queue-Fair is its absolute accuracy and responsiveness. The real-time queue charts worked exactly as they should, providing total peace of mind during our high-traffic event. Additionally, the server-side adapter was incredibly easy to integrate with Drupal, and the testing phase was straightforward. Their customer support is also top-notch—very fast and direct.

Negative: Honestly, we didn't encounter any issues. The platform is very robust and performed exactly as promised.
