    Great solution to handle huge traffic spike

    Summary: Best bang for your bucks you can get to handle your critical event, i was able to handle more than 10 000 visitors traffic spike from TV show flawlessly.

    Everything worked perfectly! I'll use it each time we get a traffic spike to get the most of the visitors.

    Great Queueing Service for our Needs

    Summary: We run an event once or twice a year. By and large our website does just fine with the traffic, allowing a moderate amount of people to stop by and get information. However, when we actually sell tickets to our event, it gets overloaded very quickly. We learned from a horrible experience that we needed additional software to accommodate our ticket sales.

    I didn't even know that "virtual waiting rooms" existed before I started researching. We were so grateful to discover that you can use a service like Queue-Fair to handle spikes in traffic. We actually used a different service for a couple of years before switching to Queue-Fair. This other service functioned fine, but it was just getting more and more expensive and didn't seem to accommodate a small company like ours that really only needed to use the service once or twice yearly - so that's when I started poking around looking for an alternative service. I'm very happy I found Queue-Fair!

    They offer flexible plans so they can allow us to start up, and pause the service as needed, and not have to pay an exorbitant amount to run a service that we only use a couple of weeks out of the year.

    On top of that, the customer service is fantastic! I am frankly very disenchanted with our world of disconnection. Most companies aren't interested in having an acutal conversation with anyone! You've got to talk to phone bots, AI chats, etc. This is not the case with Queue-Fair. They're very helpful, knowledgeable and personable, and that carries through from the research/sales phase right into the support phase! (A pattern that's often broken with other services)

    Finally, the software is great to use. The GUI is clear and easy to navigate, change settings, etc. If you're completely unfamiliar with how queueing software works, it's a bit of a learning curve, but it's worth educating yourself on! Once it's all set up, the interface which communicates how the traffic is running, etc. is all great!

    To anyone who has such a need, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using a queueing service, and specifically Queue-Fair.

    Positive: Amazing, personable service. Flexible pricing, even if (like us) you don't need the service year-round. Easy to use.

    Negative: Can't think of anything. We've just been really happy with them!

    Summary: From our first meeting to actually seeing the queue implementation in action, we encountered no issues. Everything has been working flawlessly, and in the event that something goes wrong, support replies extremely fast.
