Summary: I wish we'd made the move over to Queue-Fair much earlier than we did. Our company has used outsourced queue systems for many years but only require them on an ad hoc, time to time, basis. Queue-Fair offer a flexible and sensible pricing model that really met these needs and getting our first queue event going was made that much easier with their attentive support structure.

Summary: We have an event ticketing website which works great, but we have a couple of "scarcity events" where demand for tickets at the time they go on sale is tremendous. Our server wasn't keeping up. By using Queue-Fair we were able to keep the load on our server to a level that we could handle and the on-sale events have gone much smoother than they would have otherwise. Queue-fair have been great to answer questions and help us whenever we ran into roadblocks.

Negative: Some of our end users don't like the experience of being placed in a queue or waiting room, , but that's not really the products fault.
