Summary: I think QuestionPro is a great tool for creating surveys as well as analyzing the data. In particular, the customer service is excellent. You can get support 7/24.
Positive: QuestionPro is really easy to learn and use. The customer service is excellent with rich resources to check.

We have used the platform for more than your standard survey - we have used it for advanced needs that meet contract standards and gathering information that we normally wouldn't think to use a survey platform for. Positive: We recently switched over to QuestionPro from another survey platform because a lot of our projects could not access the old platform due to security issues. There have been a few things we've been asked to do in QuestionPro that I didn't know how to do and I've avoided doing them for lack of time! We finally had to start using QuestionPro for certificates and it hasn't been that easy for me to figure out. But having Suraj available any time I have questions with the click of a button has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE. If I can't figure it out Suraj sends me details including short little videos on HOW to do it! Sounds like a simple thing probably, but when you're so busy that you don't have time to learn the new platform, having support at the click of my mouse has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE! Have no fear, QuestionPro Pros are here!
Negative: Having to ask for help so often. I do wish (and maybe there is & I'm just not aware) there was more focused training I could attend or videos I could watch to learn new things. I just haven't had the time to invest in learning as much as I'd like.

Summary: Very good software and helpful customer agent. The speed of response when I have queries is very good.
Positive: I chatted with the Customer agent who was very helpful and resolved my query within a short time.
Response on chat was very quick and I didn't have to go through a bot.

Positive: Easy tool to create a series of questions plus translations are super easy to upload or manually tweak as well. It's a great bonus.
The self-guide material is also super helpful and easy to understand. And when you have questions you have a great support team via chat that are just so friendly and helpful. Summary: I've been a customer of QuestionPro for 7 years and have looked at other survey applications but always choose QP. Their support is magnificent. Fast response, accurate information and helpful examples to follow.
Positive: 1. Ease of use
2. Wide variety of survey component options
3. Very reliable and stable product
4. Excellent support team. Even when there is a handoff to a new support team member, the transition is very smooth.Negative: Hopefully they'll add an option to embed satisfaction rating (like a smiley scale) within a system generated email. We use Salesforce.

Summary: The main reason for using this tool is that it's a DYI tool. I find the UI easy and interactive, plus their help files/job aids are good with detailed content.
The support team provides 24x5 live support and via email on weekends which shows their concerns towards the customers. The account managers & dedicated enterprise support reps are one step ahead in customer success.Positive: The research module is awesome and updated. Communities platform rocks.
Sample Audience is very useful for research.Negative: None that I can point out now right now. But the pricing for their flagship subscriptions can always be tailored to customer's reasoning.

Summary: This is a very good company. It's easy to use and fairly straightforward software. I am not a pro at using it although I had some experience software from one of their competitors. This seemed like the analytics is better and the free version has more capabilities.
Positive: Support is very good. Krishna was a big help! The help desk in general is very good. Also online tutorials are helpful as well. If your looking for a pretty easy experience, I would say you came to the right company.
Negative: I honestly didn't see a lot of cons. It's very powerful and there is a lot of features that would take time to use and understand.
