    You get good business performance out of results.

    Summary: It is very safe to use this platform as it maintains the privacy of users and their data. With this platform I have obtained good results in the search for opinions of different participants of different ages and interests. Qualtrics Core XM has been the perfect tool to be able to collect information and have a place to measure all the results without the need to export to third-party platforms that do that work. I have been able to better determine what customers want by being able to use these surveys and being able to provide the best solutions my company can offer. In addition, I have been able to identify trends and I have also been able to make good decisions that have greatly benefited my company in relation to how much I have invested in this platform, both monetarily and in research work.

    Another very important thing is that I have been able to better understand the needs of my employees by being able to understand what has been the purpose of their poor performance in the last year, besides that I have also been able to see what has been missing within my company so that the workflow is freer and there is no bottleneck. With Core XM I have not only seen what my clients want or understand the market, I have also been able to give priority to my employees, thus being able to improve many things that were lacking within my company. I am almost sure that I will continue with this platform to be able to improve the performance of my company and my employees, as well as to understand more what users are looking for when hiring the services of my company.

    Positive: + It has a large number of types of questions which I can delve into quite deeply when it comes to researching the market. Also, that I can create custom questions with input parameters which I can give when creating a survey. With the large number of question types I have been able to ask questions within questions depending on the answers, something like having branching questions. This gave me a better result in what I was looking for when setting up a survey.

    + I usually run into a lot of problems creating a survey because I can't find certain solutions for market research, so most of the time I've been able to contact Qualtrics support and have always gotten good answers on the solution I've been looking for. Also during the implementation of this platform I have received great support from Qualtrics by providing me with all the optimization ideas to take advantage of each survey created and not have to go through a double process of surveys due to lack of planning.

    + It has a qualification system in order to better refine the group to which market research is being carried out and not stain the results with respondents who are not related to the research being carried out. It has been useful to me because previously I used another platform which did not have a rating system and had incomplete answers or with distorted information, causing bad decisions to be made based on the responses of the surveys. Now with Core XM I have had clearer answers and the results have been polished by being able to address specific users to what I am looking for, now my decisions are clearer and more precise within my company when applying a solution with the results obtained.

    + The mobile application is very complete and allows you to create surveys similar to how it is done in the web version. I like that they have dedicated themselves very well to the mobile application since generally platforms like this only show results in their applications and the creation of surveys is very basic, however, with Core XM it is very different since I do not need to sit at my computer for survey creation. Likewise, being able to see the results in real time is not much of a problem and it also performs well regardless of the amount of data that is coming from the results.

    Negative: This platform is very professional and I don't have many negative points that impair the daily and correct use of Core XM; This platform has worked very well and has been very useful in real estate market research. There are few things that I can say as negative points and they are the following:

    - There are not very good survey templates in Qualtrics, they are very basic, so most of the surveys I have done with this platform have been based on trial and error since not all models work very well when making a survey. market research or simply seek an opinion. Despite the fact that they offer a Demonstration, very little can be measured if there are no predefined surveys that measure the reach of this platform at the time of purchasing the service as an end user. So if they designed more templates to be able to take advantage of the Demos that this platform offers before acquiring Core XM, it would be good for companies that think about acquiring the services of this platform.

    - It is necessary to have a staff that knows the correct handling of this platform to obtain the best results. It is one thing to raise the questions with your work team and another thing is to have the most optimized questions and not to get into a loop which could damage the market results. When wanting to acquire Core XM services, I recommend having trained personnel who have already had experience using this platform in creating surveys, since the way in which surveys are created within this platform is very formal.

    Good for getting student feedback

    Summary: While it's not completely intuitive, it is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Just put some time into it, and you'll be able to make all kinds of surveys. I've used this to get feedback from students after a field trip or college tour. None of the kids are a fan of taking them, but none have any trouble with getting it done either. It's both relatively easy to use, but also has a decent amount of complexity you can create on your end. Worth the price.

    Positive: There's a slight learning curve, but once you get how to use it, it's really easy to set up a survey and get the exact kind of data you want. Taking a survey is also easy, so kids won't have any issues with completing one.

    Negative: As mentioned, there is a slight learning curve. You need to get the hang of how to use it. I'd do a few test surveys to really get a feel for how it works.

    Summary: Our research team really loves using this platform. It's super intuitive and there are training, support, and resources all over their site! I went through all the XM Basecamp training videos in a day. Our outstanding account managers are very responsive to all my questions, and you can actually talk on the phone with a live Qualtrics technical support person.

    Positive: The Qualtrics Research Core platform is a powerful tool for any level researcher - it's the gold standard for professional-grade survey platforms. Our surveys look great, and the data/analysis tools are robust. I've ditched SPSS and my other crosstab tools and using Qualtrics exclusively for data analysis. The dashboard feature is also a big plus for those who want to personalize their experience with the data.

    Negative: It's a little pricier compared to other survey tools, but I have found over the years that you do get what you pay for!

    Great Option With a Learning Curve

    Summary: If you are looking for a system that allows for a variety of surveys, data, and reports, Qualtrics is excellent. Be prepared to spend some time learning how to use the system, but it really does do it all.

    Positive: The survey design for Qualtrics allows for a vast array of survey creation. I use this for all sorts of surveys from assessment to program applications to availability for staff. It is a huge software with several ways to use it. There is also a great online presence with help to use the software and make it usable for any person.

    Negative: Simply, it is complicated to learn. It is not necessarily user friendly without external guides open as well, but once you learn it it is great. The only issue I regularly have is the loading time for data and results. It almost always has a slight delay, but is more annoying than prohibitive.

    Summary: The creation of surveys with this platform has been a great pleasure for me and my company since it has allowed us to study in detail a large number of users and thus determine certain things that are currently happening in the real estate market. Not only have we created complex surveys, but it has also helped us create short and quick surveys thanks to the templates that are within this platform and the templates that we have created and left as default in case we need them again. Qualtrics CoreXM has a lot of features that I liked that I don't think fit into this review, but I can say in a nutshell that I've made baskets quickly and completely, being able to organize each question in my style and that I was also able to understand the use of this platform without having a big learning curve. Without basilar I can count on professional surveys and go beyond just adding a few simple questions since this platform has more capabilities than can be reached. He was very helpful in every investigation I needed to obtain data that favors the growth of my company.

    Positive: º What I like most about this platform is the ability to have conditional questions, which depending on the answers of the respondents, these are broken down or not in case they need to be answered or simply do not appear if they are not applied. It's very helpful as I don't have to send out separate surveys or create surveys on top of surveys in case I answer one or the other.

    º The way in which I can generate a survey from templates is simply useful, besides that I can add questions that are already established in a general way with their respective or supposed possible answers in case it is for normal selection, by menus or selection multiple. This helps me to create surveys since I can save time when creating a flash survey to obtain market data that I need at that precise moment.

    º It has been useful and practical for me to be able to create surveys within this platform since with just drag and drop I can add elements that I want to be in my basket to be able to create the questions, I can add from text input, numbers, names, multiple selection , menus, among others. Thus being able to have the freedom to create practically any survey with the style and format that I want.

    º I can work collaboratively with others, being able to add more users to my main account to have all the company surveys that my work team has done in one place. In addition, since everything on this platform is managed in the cloud, there is no risk of data loss, so I am calm when I do not have to depend on home servers, but everything is within the Qualtrics cloud.

    º JavaScript customization is convenient as I can include features that are not available in Qualtrics and that I need. This gives me the possibility of being able to take the survey even further than normal and that they are not just simple questions, but I can add more dynamism to the questions by placing more elements that allow the respondent not to leave before time.

    Negative: º I would like to have better ways to export the data obtained such as Excel or more formats which it is possible to know how to handle easily. This would allow me to work more comfortably without having to try to understand all the messy information that Qualtrics shows me when exporting the data that I need.

    º The price is far out of reach for small businesses, this is a bit disappointing because despite the fact that this platform is one of the best to carry out surveys with excellent quality and with the best reputation in the market, it is out of the range of many companies since apparently it only focuses on a larger market such as large companies.

    º It takes time to be able to load all the surveys carried out and tabulate them, sometimes I have to load the page several times to get the results because it takes time to obtain that data. I would like them to increase the response time more when it comes to obtaining the surveys, thus optimizing the time more when wanting to have the data at once.

    º A report section is missing in general, so having a more perspective implies with the summaries of the results of the surveys and not having to open them one by one wasting my time by not having a panel or tab only for that section. It would also be useful to be able to create or generate my own reports with the data obtained, to have more control and customization when wanting to have reports based on the information I need.

    º The documentation is practically useless, with no example or practically none. It was hard to struggle with the implementation because when I wanted to understand certain features I didn't get a quick response from support and when I went through the technical documentation it was practically the same as when I had the same doubt about a problem I had. It would be better if, as well as improving the interface, they also improve the ability to make it easier for the user to use their platform so that they don't feel they lack a guide, as happened to me at the time.
