Summary: Overall, Qualified is a powerful platform and it effectively helps to convert potential leads into customers. It triggers and notifies the sales team whenever its algorithm found any buying intent action done on the platform. I highly recommend it's great.
Positive: The qualified platform is easy to understand and its simple user interface makes it easily usable. Triggers on every buying intent it found to approach. Salesforce integration makes it great. Helps to increase the conversation rate of leads.
Negative: Till now I haven't found any downside in Qualified tool.
