You have everything that is needed to operate a daycare center with one software package. Positive: I really like the ability to send parents pictures or their children and updates for their activities. I love that one software package can provide everything that is needed to run a daycare center's daily activities. Negative: I wish that Procare allowed for Parents to be directly billed for credit card fees.  One area I’d love to see improved is the ability to handle account adjustments more easily. Having better options to write off or charge off parent accounts directly in the online version would save a lot of time. I also wish I could update which bank account tuition payments go to without having to call and wait for the backend team to process the change (which usually takes 48+ hours).
