Summary: Procare makes our day smoother and keeps parents in the loop. It’s been really helpful for our team.

Positive: It's easy to use and helps us keep track of kids, billing, and messages to parents all in one place.

Negative: The mobile app can sometimes be a little slow or glitch when uploading photos or switching between screens, but it’s usually fixed fast.

Summary: Overall I am happy. I haven't felt the need to switch over to anything else and probably won't. It is pretty user friendly. We really liked when a representative actually worked with us to learn how to accept card payments.

Positive: I love that when I work with Procare it is like second nature. All of the menus are in a spot that are easy to find. It is also very simple to add in new menus or classrooms. I love that I am able to input all of my documents in the system and it will print me out things such as tax statements, allergy lists and even classroom rosters or birthdays.

Negative: It logs me out a lot and that makes it difficult when I am in a hurry to do something

Summary: We are happy and working on learning how to use the system to its full potential. We look forward to the trainings that we will be setting up and utilizing Procare to the best of it's abilities.

Positive: Being able to get most of my business functions taken care of in one spot. This program has supported us in learning how to manage everything and the care team is very supportive. We recently reached out about trainings and they were very supportive and helpful!

Negative: We would like to see better organization from Procare. We can't upload our incident/accident reports, because they would get scrambled with the important documents that we load. then it would become a hassle to find anything. We would also love to have categories for our communications, because not all communications are flagged important and some are mainly for curriculum with teachers. So being able to separate would be helpful.

Summary: Procare has streamlined my workload. All my information is in one place and right at your fingertips.

Positive: I’ve been using Procare for more than 10years and I love it! Procare helps me keep track of staff and children’s requirements/documentation. You can print a report for any information or data you need. It is fully customizable. Procare does so much and if I need help the support website is great. There you can find easy step by step directions/ videos. The phone support team is also very helpful. I use Procare for everything; attendance tracing for children and staff, data/required paperwork, tuition charges and payment, center expenses, parent and staff communication, children’s daily reports, and more. Starting in July, I plan to use the agency payment part of Procare. It will allow me to manage agency payment with a separate ledger under each family’s account.

Negative: Honestly, I love everything about Procare. Any concern or questions I have ever had/have are answered quickly by the support staff or website.

Summary: Overall, this is a great program to use to help keep your program organized. I would highly recommend.

Negative: I do not have any cons at this time. I am fairly new to the program and I have enjoyed it so far.

The platform is reliable, the features are thoughtfully designed, and the customer support is outstanding. I’d highly recommend Procare to any childcare provider looking to simplify their workflow and elevate the quality of their program.

Simple and Clear UI: The interface is straightforward, even for those not tech-savvy, ensuring quick access to all features without a steep learning curve.

Negative: System Outages in 2024: There were noticeable system downtimes throughout 2024, which temporarily disrupted access to updates and caused minor inconvenience.

Limited Photo Interaction Visibility: When multiple people interact with photos on the timeline (think 3 or more), it’s unclear who they are. With only my wife and me using the app to see our child, seeing three or more interactions can be confusing even though my guess is it might be a parent of another kid that's also in the photo.

No Quick-Access Checkout Feature: The app lacks a feature like an Apple Wallet card or QR code integration for checking out our kid from daycare. A “checkout ID” with a PIN or QR code, similar to other apps like car insurance, would streamline the pick-up process.

Summary: It's a great program to use for child data. Easy to operate and easy to read reports. Makes it easy to pull what I'm looking for up and have the data in front of me when working on projects.

Summary: Great app I love to use it to communicate and connect with families. Enjoying the simplicity of the app.

Negative: QR code doesn’t work, sometimes app goes down. Parents have a hard time signing in and out

Summary: This is a great program and i love using it to communicate with my child's care provider. Its a simple and easy program to use.

Positive: The program is very easy and simple to use. It there is nothing really hard about using the program. From paying on my account to getting updates on my child i love this program.

Negative: There is nothing that i really didn't like about the program. Its very easy and simple to learn and work with.

Summary: Over all, I am highly satisfied with Procare and love using it for my Center. I helped a sister location set up Tuition Express, and they are in love with it too.

Positive: It’s nice to be able to send families messages, photos, and videos throughout the day. Parents like being able to see updates of their children through the day.

Negative: I think the app needs some improvements with terms of messaging and editing messages.

Summary: Easy and great. The program is user-friendly and support is always helpful. Easily customizable. Billing is automated and makes it so easy.

Positive: We love that billing, sign in/ out, commendation, reporting is all in one easy place.

Negative: I wish the engagement app had an Admin only feature other than it's great, love that we can set approvals.

Summary: Overall it gives us many options we wouldn't be able to do manually due to the amount of time it would take!

Positive: We love how easy it is to collect payments and the vision it provides us for real time record keeping!

Negative: Difficult to run reports, not compatible with Apple and sometimes mobile phones, wish their was a way parents could provide a signature during the online registration process, pay at the checkout kiosk using the app at sign out.
