Summary: Overall, I have a good experience with Pimberly and if I was to work for another company and decided how they manage products. I would recommend Pimberly.

Positive: The dam has a quick upload function. It is very quick to use, no tutorial needed and means that any image I upload for a product, shows up alongside the product as we use a naming convention that Pimberly recognises and will put the image/PDF to the right media area for the product. It is very easy and only requires minor input from me and my image editor colleagues. I can also make changes to the images in the DAM very easy, for example renaming. And I like that we can revert back to a previous image of the same name if needed. I use Pimberly daily so these features mean I can do what I need to do without fear of problems.

I have not used Customer Support but my superiors have and they have come back quickly from my experience with any queries. I am also unaware of the pricing so I have no problems with it.

Negative: There doesn't seem to be an inbuilt way to download mass amounts of images/PDF's without having to use a channel and then a subsequent script. If that feature was implemented, it would be very handy.

I also think Indigo Pimberly is a lot slower than the previous version e.g when I upload an image for a product, it sometimes takes a while for it to attach to the product. The previous version did not have that problem for me at least.

Summary: As I use Pimberly all day in my role I have grown use to the issues/glitches with the speed/bulk data.
I understand how to use the system well enough to get my tasks completed efficiently.

Positive: Easy to understand the user interface.
Design and layout help to avoid confusion unlike other systems.
Moldable to suit the business.

Negative: Pimberly struggles to cope with large numbers of data being imported/exported.
Sometimes lags.

Summary: I am very pleased with this platform on the whole - it has enabled us to view, work with, and enrich our product data in ways we haven't been able to before, and I know that insight on any questions I might have is always just an email away.

Positive: Pimberly's delivery team is truly unmatched. It's clear that implementation for them is about finding a creative solution and adhering to best practices, not simply getting something out the door quickly. Pimberly also offers powerful automation that makes enrichment easier than ever before, whether focusing on product data or digital assets.

Negative: I found that certain processes within Pimberly could have been streamlined or automated a bit more, such as uploading or duplicating decision table rules or enabling attributes within a taxonomy.

Summary: Support team are awesome! Artur, David & Matt have saved me from madness multiple times and have always been able to answer some of my "stupid" questions.

Positive: Quick and easy to use, I taught myself (with help from support team) to use it competently in ~3 months.
Rules, workflows and decision tables are intuitive and powerful.
Channels are simple and straight forward to create to pass data downstream.
Expressions saved my sanity on multiple occasions.

Negative: Products and assets are separate entities, if there is a requirement to delete a product, deletion of assets needs to be done separately and manually. I assume this is done for the instance the same asset is applied to multiple products.

Lack of bulk handling of assets through the UI (e.g. bulk search for 10 assets) is not possible.

Summary: A solid and intuitive platform that simplifies product information management, but it would greatly benefit from improved reliability and system stability.

Positive: Pimberly is easy to use, has a clean interface, and makes managing product data simple and efficient.

Negative: Functions sometimes fail or show errors, and data occasionally doesn’t display when expected, affecting reliability.
