after studying and exploring different type of PIM systems and softwares including some of the well known ones this one shines in some areas where others were lacking behind, the standard amount of SKUs, the ability to create vendors portal on the PIM were crucial for us.
the entire journey and process for the PIM integratin with our platform was not easy neither straightforward but Pat and Edward was more than helpful finishing th integration process with sheer dedication and unceasing assisstance.
the most important feature of one Time PIM is its flexibility and dynamic structure that can easily be optimised to suit any modern e-commerce.
the team offers a weekly meeting with customers to oversee the progress of integration and discuss any other issues related to e-commerce workflow with the PIM. a genuine gesture that is difficult to replicate in these times, maximising the value for their clients.

Negative: for first time PIM users the journey of understanding how everything works might be overwhelming, a brief guides in different formats might be suitable for different customers to know how to implement a specific feature in a short time, that does not necessarily mean the team behind is not available for you through different channels , as they are always supportive and ready to help

Positive: this platform has significantly improved how our teams access and present product data, making it effortless to build professional sales materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. The AI-driven search capability is a standout, enabling faster, more informed decision-making across the organization. Most importantly, the seamless two-way integration between our PIM and internal ERP ensures data accuracy and consistency, supporting both operational efficiency and scalable growth.

Negative: while the web platform is functional, the absence of a cellphone app restricts usability on the go.

Summary: Overall great software, does exactly what the whole team needed and uses AI really smartly for all operations.

Negative: Can be a little difficult to be notified of changes.

- Can only save images up to 19mb would be great if this could be improved

Positive: The platform is very easy to navigate and allows you to create all sorts of data sheets to share with your customers. It's also handy if you work with large accounts and have to upload information onto spreadsheets. You can sort the information into the order you need it and then cut and paste. Love the embed feature for digital assets.

Positive: Where do I even begin with my experience with OneTimePIM? After nearly three months of wasted time and thousands of dollars with other companies, my business partner and I were beyond frustrated. None of the previous providers could handle the complexity of our product setup or the sheer volume of our SKUs (over 6,000). Determined to find the right solution, we stayed up all night researching PIM companies until we came across One Time PIM.

We were impressed by the glowing reviews of their software but hesitant, given the empty promises we have received before. However, what set One Time PIM apart was the incredible dedication and passion that Pat and Ed demonstrated. Before we spent a single dollar, they tested the system with 10 of our products to ensure they could meet our needs. No other PIM company we’ve worked with has ever offered this level of service—they typically expect full payment upfront with no guarantees.

Negative: Cons? Absolutely none. The only 'con' is not investing in this incredible software sooner. The team of highly competent and professional engineers makes it an invaluable choice.

Summary: Having learnt and implemented OneTimePIM so quickly and found that it ticks all of our must have requirements, it is definitely a product I would recommend for product information management

Positive: OneTimePIM is very intuitive and included almost all the functionality we needed from the very beginning at a very competitive price (monthly subscription). Our twice monthly calls ensured that implementation was both smooth and efficient. The important configuration changes and minor development changes that we required have also been provided within short time frames. Furthermore, the additional flexibility provided by Python Agents keeps all our departments happy with the functionality provided.

Negative: We have not found anything that we don't like about OneTimePIM. The only minor "dislike" is that we have to use a workaround (within OneTimePIM) to inform some sales employees of changes to products within the channels they are responsible for.

Summary: OneTimePIM works great! I use it quite often and find it user friendly. We switched from Salsify to OneTimePIM and the transition was seamless with the helpful training provided.

Positive: The training that was provided during the initial transition was super helpful. OneTimePIM is user friendly and it's a great way to always have access to my vendor's product details.

Negative: Sometimes it is difficult to navigate back to previous pages. There is an AI feature that I have not been able to figure out yet.

Negative: Nothing challenging as such and is definitely a subjective opinion to have a bit of Colour in the UI to make it a cooler platform.

Summary: LOVE IT! easy to navigate and create reports for several items at once. helps with productivity. it is a MUST HAVE!

Negative: the creating section needs a lil improvement, maybe restrict the create new to admins vs having it opened to all.
