Positive: Pimberly has helped us centralize all our product data in one place, reducing duplication and speeding up time-to-market. Its multi-channel syndication makes it easy to tailor content for platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify without repetitive manual edits. Automation features like bulk editing and rule-based workflows save us hours each week, especially during product launches. The built-in Digital Asset Management (DAM) system keeps our media organized and ensures our product listings are always up to date. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, even for team members without a technical background, and the dashboards make tracking progress simple.

Negative: Some advanced features in Pimberly, such as data mapping and custom workflows, have a steep learning curve and may require additional training. The initial setup and integration with our existing systems took more time than expected. There are limited out-of-the-box templates for certain sales channels, which means some manual setup is needed. For complex configurations or troubleshooting, we’ve found ourselves relying on support. Additionally, the platform can experience slight performance slowdowns when working with very large datasets or bulk updates.

Summary: A solid Product Information Management System, does everything you need with no fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: The system is fairly easy to understand and doesn't take long to get to grips with. Decent user interface for creating feeds and channels to export to your marketplaces.

Negative: Occasionally can slow down, depending on the number of other demands being made to the system.

Negative: One of the most noticeable drawbacks of using Pimberly is the slow loading times, this can be a serious productivity killer, particularly for teams managing vast amounts of product information.

Summary: My experience so far has been good, and i am enjoying using Pimberly it has been very useful to me for what i need it for.

Positive: All information i need to look at the different products we do as well as have images of the products when i need to see the product we don't have any in stock.

Negative: My experience so far has been good so i don't have any dislikes so far.

Summary: Pimberly is a great product management system with a lot of useful features but can be unclear when trouble shooting problematic data.

Negative: - Error reports aren't easy to follow

Summary: Despite the import issues that Pimberly may have, it is overall a great product to use for those beginning to set up their eCommerce stores or those who are now looking for new solutions & products.

Positive: Pimberly allows a seamless, easy transition from other applications into theirs, making the adjustment period much shorter for those transitioning into learning the Pimberly application. The mass editing of products and approval system makes it easy for anybody listing products to make changes in one fell swoop and for managers of those departments to ensure quality control is met before products go live. Customer service support from Pimberly is always fast and easy, with solutions for any problem that may arise. It is solving a mass editing issue as well as simplifying the listing process of eCommerce. It allows a much more functional and easy import into other applications to log such as NetSuite and BigCommerce, leading to a faster implementation of those products onto the website.

Negative: There are some import hiccups when used with other applications like BigCommerce. Some products get imported incorrectly whether it be photos not being imported over, the text in the descriptions being messed up, etc.

Summary: Overall, Pimberly is a powerful tool that has streamlined our product information management and saved us significant time. Its automation capabilities, flexibility, and excellent customer support make it a valuable asset for any business managing large volumes of product data. Despite a bit of a learning curve during setup, the long-term benefits far outweigh the initial challenges.

Positive: Pimberly’s intuitive interface makes managing large volumes of product data remarkably easy, even for teams new to the platform. Its automation features are a huge time-saver, allowing us to update product details across multiple platforms with minimal effort. The system is highly flexible, letting us tailor workflows to meet our specific business needs seamlessly. Integrations with ecommerce platforms and other tools work flawlessly, ensuring our data stays consistent everywhere it’s used. On top of that, their customer support team is always quick to respond with helpful solutions whenever we need assistance.

Negative: While Pimberly offers a robust set of features, the initial setup can be time-consuming, especially for businesses with complex data structures. Additionally, some advanced functionalities may require a learning curve for teams unfamiliar with similar tools.

Summary: Overall an easy to use program, with help and support if needed. I use it on a daily basis - extracting different information every time.

Positive: I like that Pimberly is easy to navigate and use, as well as having a multiple of tools to quicken daily tasks.

Negative: I wish there were more options to include measurements for products

Summary: Good experience with Pimberly, the PIM system itself is fairly intuitive and easy to use and the customer support picks up where your ability ends to facilitate any needs you have.

Positive: Easy to use interface, so many build options to customize to your business needs. Good way to keep on top of your product portfolio and have a constantly high standard of product data.

Negative: Can be difficult when integrating across multiple sites/platforms.

Summary: The set up and migration to Pimberly was well supported and an intuitive process. We have been able to set up integrations to and from external systems and get users up to speed quickly. Improvements could be made to the reporting and DAM side but overall experiences have been positive.

Positive: From an integration point of view we have a reasonable amount of flexibility with how we get data in and out of Pimberly to our external systems. Integrations are quick and easy to set up and allow us to access the data in the way we need to.

Negative: I feel that Asset Management is one of the weaker areas of Pimberly, or at least in the way we use it. It can become a library of thousands of files with not a great deal of organisation due to the lack of options to sort / categorise into folders and directories. There is also a lack of reporting functionality

Summary: Overall PIMs is a great platform for managing, optimising and storing large amounts of product information and doing it very accurately and seamlessly making your life a lot easier to navigate around hundreds of products.

Positive: As we have over 600 products listed on our website which is split over 5 regions around the world the use of PIMs has now been what we call our 'source of truth' meaning when something doesn't align on Shopify we know that all our stored data product information on PIMs is accurate and has played a fundamental role as we encounter issues daily on our websites.

Negative: At first I found PIMS quite confusing to navigate around and I don't think its something you could teach yourself, you actually need consistent training and support because there are always roadblocks and some can be quite difficult to figure out on your own.

Summary: I really like working in PIM and all the different features that it has. From a data point of view I need to review large amounts of data and PIM allows me to do this by importing and exporting data. I can set columns and choose the information that I need to see. Also, for updating, PIM is our main platform so any amends that I do in PIM will filter down overnight to our other systems that our company use.

Positive: Easy to navigate through the different features, easily import and export product data from the system. I am able to update data on a large amount of codes at once. PIM is our main data platform so I only need to amend the data in one system which will filter down through to our other systems.

Negative: Slow and sluggish when a lot of users are using PIM at once. Sometimes due to a number of people in my team PIM can run slower than usual which takes time for amends to happen in our system. This can just be a little time consuming when I am sat waiting for product data to update if it is in a queue of jobs.

Summary: My overall experience with Pim has been a good one and I generally enjoy using the system. As I said above I like that you can personalise it to what you want to see and what you use the most as been the data team that is important we can do that at a glance without going into each individual product.

Positive: The system is easy to use and you can personalise it to what you want to see within your own view. The team find it easy with it having the drop downs and been self explanatory and easy to use which makes our lives easy when we use it all day every day

Negative: Imports and Exports and sometimes slow which can be frustrating

Summary: Pimberly is constantly evolving with the needs of our team and business. It's simple to use and can be personalised to the user. Any problems or concerns are resolved quickly.

Positive: The interface is really user friendly and can be personalised to your role or specific user requirements. The use of imports and exports are great for aligning and data analysis.

Negative: On rare occasions it can be a little on the slow side. Some tasks need to be carried out twice as the first attempt didn't load. I'd like to be able to permanently change the date format for exports to the UK format. This can be frustrating if you forget to amend before exporting.

Summary: The visibility and organization provided was better than anything we've worked with. The tools at your disposal are also useful, but we're an outlier in that our refurbished products don't need a complete market rollout similar to new to market products. A lot of the heavy lifting had to be done by us for the workflows to work the way we needed, and there was a miscommunication regarding the existence of a linear pathway between Pimberly and these venues in listing products (at the time).
