Summary: The product quality, along with the list of features and the prompt product support have made my experience with PIMworks very smooth and fulfilling. Also, the product is very easily customizable which allows us to have features that are needed by us.

Positive: There are many features that I like with PIMworks. Most of the features such as the two way synchronization, attribute level permissions, bulk product validation etc are very good and are of market level quality.

Negative: I do not have any major disappointments with PIMworks. One feature that is lacking is the ability to restrict the availability of a product only to a particular store. We need to mark products as Not available. But that is not available.

Summary: Overall I would say I have had a good experience with PIMworks. Listing our products across channels that too in bulk has become very smooth with the introduction of PIMworks.

Positive: PIMworks helps us maintain all our product data and information in a central place. I specifically like the Copy data feature that PIMworks provides and also I like how easy it is to create various batches with PIMworks.

Negative: I don't think the product is very easily scalable. But apart from that they provide very good customer service.

Summary: I have had a very good overall experience with PIMworks so far. It has satisfied all our needs and I hope this continues.

Positive: The product detailed page is very elaborate and I am able to get a holistic view of my entire product list. Also the support team is very good.

Negative: The product help documents could be better. Apart from that I do not have any other complaints.

Summary: PIMworks has satisfied most of our business needs. Also, the task management module is pretty extensive and very much useful for us. Our overall work has been made efficient with PIMworks.

Positive: PIMworks is a very user friendly application. My favorite feature with the software is the bulk product import from excel. Also, taxonomy mapping of the products is pretty quick and good.

Negative: PIMworks doesn't have more product tour videos. Also, sometimes the product lags due to performance issues. But apart from that I do not have any other complaints.

Summary: Product view, I have had a good experience with PIMworks so far. In terms of scalability as well, PIMworks fares very well.

Positive: The healthcheck score provided by PIMworks is something that I like very much. It gives us so much more perspective into our product information. Also I like the dashboard view that is provided.

Negative: The product lacks good User Interface. Some of the menus can be made to look even better.

Summary: I have had a very great overall experience with PIMworks. The number of inbuilt features along with the product quality make this a must for any ecommerce business.

Positive: The most awesome thing with PIMworks is that the customer support team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, we can easily synchronize our data with multiple channels through a single click.

Negative: The health check score feature could be made more prominent. But apart from that I do not have any complaints.

Summary: I have had a great overall experience so far with the PIMworks product and their product support team.

Positive: Preparing market standard product catalogs, that too in bulk is very easy with PIMworks. I also like the customer support team very much.

Negative: The initial implementation took a lot of time and that could be quickened.

Summary: PIMworks definitely has a good set of features but some features needs more refinement and fine tuning.

Positive: The native API integration that PIMworks provides with both our internal and external applications is good.

Negative: In terms of streamlining catalog data, a lot of bugs and issues pop up. Also, the UAT environment lags a lot which needs correction.

Summary: Overall I would say this is a very good product and it has a lot of potential. The overall downtime could be reduced to make our journey very smooth.

Positive: I like the vendor management capability of PIMworks. Also, the product is very simple and clutter free.

Negative: The integrations with 3rd party applications like Shopify and Magento could be done better. Additionally, more product trial and feature videos could be included to get a better understanding of the PIMworks product.
