Summary: I am very much pleased after we implemented PIMWORKS for our business. We have been able to cut down time and also do more product batches across channels with PIMworks.

Positive: The number of ecommerce channel integrations that we get with PIMworks is pretty good and it is easy to create batches of our product in bulk. It hardly takes us 1-2 hours to get our work done.

Negative: I do not have a discomfort with PIMworks. Everything is up to my liking.

Summary: My overall experience with PIMworks is awesome. Their service is super and they enable us to do our work more efficiently.

Positive: The feature copy data makes it easier since you don't have to fill out every channel separately. It just cuts down a lot of hard work.

Negative: There is nothing to dislike with PIMworks. The support team does a wonderful job.

Summary: My overall experience with PIMworks has been very good. The product is very easy to use and intuitive. All our team members are also able to use it easily and the multi-channel syndication feature is pretty awesome.

Positive: The main use case for us with PIMworks is to manage all our vendor data centrally. We mainly use PIMworks to manage our product data and to transfer it to our different sales channels and it is so far enabling us to do what we want.

Negative: There are no major cons for us with PIMWORKS. It is up to our expectations and we hope it remains that way.

Summary: My overall experience with PIMworks is nothing but excellent. Even the channel integrations are less, the ones that we have integrated are very much useful.

Positive: Maintaining catalog information of large number of products was very difficult before we started working with PIMworks. The main advantage of PIMworks is the smoothness with which i am able to operate my business.

Negative: The number of channel integrations could improve. But apart from that I have no other issue with it.

Summary: The User interface of the PIMworks software is very excellent. PIMworks' support team is top-notch. They cater to all my needs and are very friendly too.

Positive: One of the main challenges was representing our products across multiple channels and marketplaces. PIMworks has helped us overcome that challenge with its multiple integrations. Also, we were finding it difficult to bring our products on top of marketplaces, but PIMworks' MPSEO feature helps us achieve that as well

Negative: I do not have any significant dislike for PIMworks.

Summary: It is one of the best investments that we have made for our business. The integrations with Magento are super quick and we are able to take our products to market in a much quicker fashion.

Positive: Through PIMworks, I am able to maintain and manage all my product data under a single roof. Also, the images and other digital assets for my products are easily managed with PIMworks.

Negative: PIMworks has all the latest market-friendly features and the support team is also awesome. I have nothing to complain about.

Summary: My overall experience with PIMworks is super awesome. All the features present are the latest in the market and the product is also very easy to use thereby enabling us to do our work much more efficiently.

Positive: One of the things that I like best about PIMworks is the ability to take my products to multiple channels simultaneously. I am also able to manage all my vendor details and at the same get my product content enriched with their automated enrichment engines

Negative: Overall, there is nothing to dislike with PIMworks. The support team is fantastic and so is the product.

Positive: The workflow management capabilities offered by PIMworks is by far my favorite feature of PIMworks. Also, the task management is nice.

Negative: The over the air patch updates takes longer to download.

Positive: We get a 360 degree overview of our product information with PIMworks. Also, the automated workflow and content enrichment capability is awesome.

Negative: The smoothness of the solution needs to be improved.

Positive: I like the ability to provide and update all the tasks and workflows on PIMworks. Also the version control option is pretty good.

Negative: Lack of integration with local/regional marketplace channels can be looked into.

Positive: PIMworks is a very well built PIM solution. My favorite aspect about using the software is the ability to make my catalog data consistent across channels through the auto enrichment option.

Negative: The import option for bulk data can be made a lot quicker.

Positive: I like the customer support team of PIMworks. Product wise, I like the bulk enrichment option in PIMworks.

Negative: I specifically don't like the channel syndication part. There are a lot of steps involved in setting up a channel.
