Positive: The instant syndication is one of my favorite features with PIMworks. We save a lot of time and effort with the help of this.

Negative: The API integrations with the Postman module could be more efficient.

Negative: I find the server downtime while release updates a little bit annoying.

Positive: The key benefit that we are getting out of PIMworks is the multichannel integration that they offer. We can take our products to market very quickly.

Negative: The initial deployment time is quite more which could be drastically reduced.

Summary: My overall experience is very good with PIMworks. The UI of the product is also eye catching and I like the entire experience.

Positive: The sales experience that I got with PIMworks was very good. Also, the two way synchronization feature with PIMworks is very helpful for us and reduces a lot of time for us. The syndication is instant too.

Negative: The performance of the product is affected whenever we import a lot of products. This could be corrected.

Summary: I have had a very good overall experience with PIMworks product and their team so far. The feature are rich and very good.

Positive: The vendor profile management module is very good. Additionally we can easily achieve 2 way synchronization of product data across Magento channel.

Negative: The knowledge base frequency could see a lot of improvement.

Summary: My overall experience with PIMworks has been normal. The customer support team is good and they solve queries quickly but product performance needs to improve.

Positive: I like how we can easily connect with different channels with PIMworks. Also, creating product attributes and groups are pretty simple.

Negative: The product performance can improve a lot as there is a lot of downtime.

Summary: I would say my experience so far with PIMworks has been tremendous. The product is rich with features and also has very good roadmap.

Positive: I have a large number of SKUs and product data and managing all my catalog information is quite straightforward and simple with PIMworks.

Negative: The number of 2 way integrations could improve. Apart from that I have no issues.

Summary: Overall, I would say my experience with PIMworks has been smooth. It has made our work efficient and elegant.

Positive: One thing that I found very interesting with PIMworks is its ability to instantly syndicate data from one source to another.

Negative: The stability of the product could be improved. Whenever there is an update, there is a downtime of more than 24 hours.

Positive: The Magento integration is very nice and I like it. Also, their customer service and support is very good.

Negative: Batch creation process can be improved a lot as it causes problems sometimes.

Summary: With PIMworks, we had a very smooth implementation process with plenty of hands-on experience. Layout wise, the product needs some fine tuning, but it has great PIM capabilities.

Positive: My favorite aspect with PIMworks is the fact that it hasn't very good PIM capabilities. The ability to source websites and find the best possible content for our catalogs is very interesting and good and I like it very much.

Negative: The PIMworks product needs better layout and structuring. The healthcheck score can be more prominent. But all other things are very good.

Summary: My overall experience with PIMworks is very good. Feature wise, I would rate the product very highly. There is still some way to go in terms of support.

Positive: The PIMworks product has very good integration capabilities which I like very much. Also, the UI is very good and user friendly.

Negative: The support response time could be a bit quicker. But all other things are good.

Summary: PIMworks is a very reasonably priced software with many core capabilities. Additionally, the product gives us great user access control as well which I like very much.

Positive: Along with PIM capabilities, PIMworks allows us to maintain and manage all our digital assets as well which saves a lot of time for us.

Negative: Sometimes, the product pages don't load quickly. Apart from that I do not have any dislikes.
