Positive: Nothing. Any amount of times or ways I tried would not allow the PDF to be accepted. I classic scanner did the job after a trip to the pharmacy to print some photos. I was hoping this application would save me from that extra work. It did not.

Negative: None of the documents I attempted to convert would get accepted, no matter how many times or ways I tried. The only solution was to go to my local pharmacy, let them take & print the photos, then get them scanned. I used PDFSimpli first to save the trip (to no avail). Attempting to get a refund, we will see how that turns out.

Negative: Their desire is to charge the users with out letting the user know at least a day before. When I called the customer care they did told that I am irresponsible. Very rude customer care. I was asking politely to refund my money $39.95 for PDF conversion. Why would I pay $39.95 only for conversions. These guys are simply mentioning that they let us know on the website where we have to find and look for it. I was asking to send us an email to remind us about trail period. In return she was mentioning that I should be responsible for that.

Summary: Do not sign up for this company. It is total bait and switch for a product that does not work. They just hope you don’t notice that they keep taking your money.

Positive: There are none. It presents itself as free. Once you make the account you find out it is just a free trial. The product does not even work as well as free ones on other sites.

Negative: They don’t provide any email communication. When I signed up, I did not receive account creation confirmation. When I cancelled after one use, I did not receive email confirmation. I did not think much of it because they didn’t send account creation confirmation either. 1 year later I found out they’ve been charging me 40 dollars a month every month. They have never once sent an invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation. When I contacted them, they are refusing to refund it even though I clearly never used the product in my account history and despite the fact that they never communicated with me. I have a feeling I am not the only customer this has happened to.

Referring to an email address we never had even though 14 day contract cancelled, we were charged the full whack thereafter, and no hint of 30 day money back guarantee. What a bloody joke. Never ever use them again, but do they give a toss - no they do not they've had an annual sub and now cancelled so they are quids in. An absolute scam.

Positive: The product did the job OK but everything else about PDFSimpli is a bit of a joke... only needed it for a day!

Negative: Be careful, you may be signing up for more than you realise, especially if you are on a 14 day usage.

Summary: Awful communication with customers and awful service overall. I know that if I signed up for a free trial to use the service that I would’ve canceled it right away when I was done because I always do that. My guess is I signed up for what was advertised as a one time fee (found a small charge in my bank statement from them) and in the small print I signed up for the 40 dollar every 4 weeks membership! Awful company who just wants money.

Positive: No pros. Couldn’t even get the thing to work! Would upload my documents and then none of their features would work. All I wanted was a free website to breakup a PDF for a school project. Ended up using small PDF instead.

Negative: Charged $39.95 membership fee by them 2.5 weeks after I used their service literally once! They need to send emails to customers confirming memberships or reminding about the $39.95 withdrawal. I’m a broke college kid who just wanted to do a school project and that unexpected $39.95 charge really set me back!

Summary: Stay away. This company should not exist. Charge you for something without your consent and then make it sound like you agreed to it.

Negative: Everything, I used their mediocre service once and then they went clandestine charging me for "subscription". It's a trap.

Summary: Advertises as 'FREE' but requires you to pay just to download a simple pdf. A lot of websites do this for free! If you're going to make it a paid service at least be honest about that so people don't waste their time!! I don't write reviews but couldn't hold back my frustration this time. If you didn't falsely advertise you could be getting money instead of bad reviews right now.

Negative: Falsely advertises as FREE. Wastes your time when you could be using ACTUAL free websites that work better.

Summary: Horrible, and they're going to charge you 40 dollars every two weeks unless you cancel your account and then you have an attempt to get your money back but who knows if that's actually going to happen as the script is very robotic.

Positive: I did not like a single thing about this product as it was not easy to use or user friendly and support is very robot like.

Negative: Nothing, they will charge you $40 after a trial for paying a dollar for the trial and it seems like automated bot responses once you've tried to communicate with them on their support. They instantly reply with human names but nothing other than a script that seems to be automated.

Negative: Used this website for one project and one project only,
Costing $1.59, to later find out I signed up for a membership. Couldn't be any more shady as I would never have. And they proceeded to charge me $44/Month for the next 8 Months until Error was caught.
And basically told me to shove it. And did nothing to rectify the issues, as they could see out of the 8 months i paid for it , Never logged on or used it once! Satisfaction guaranteed my ass!
They have a refund / cancellation page that guarantees customer satisfaction, that couldn't be farther from the truth!
