Summary: Never again will I be using your services especially with rude customer service. Don’t have nothing good to say about the services that clearly were not met to my needs.

Positive: Nothing was good about the services didn’t even use it when I thought I needed too. False advertising.

Negative: I got charged 40 dollars within 13 days for a piece of paper, that said one charge for 2 dollars. I didn’t read were it said I will be charged 40 dollars. Nicole from customer care was rude and whoever hanged up on me before didn’t take care of my needs just told me to email customer support. What’s the point of having a number if you can’t resolve over the phone. I’m still waiting for my refund I don’t know why it would take two days or longer to figure out when I will get refunded.

Summary: Of course, I contacted the support manager again, and according to her, I should contact my bank because PDF Simpli has processed the refund. I haven't received any confirmation document for the refund or anything similar to explain the situation to my bank. After all, my bank has no involvement in this matter; it's solely the responsibility of the company. Communication ceased after the last email from the support manager. Please be cautious with your personal information and bank accounts.

Positive: Converting my word to pdf, it was easy for me to do that.

Negative: I am extremely dissatisfied with the communication with the support manager. After using the application on July 4, 2023, to convert my final thesis from Word to PDF, I tried the free conversion option. However, a month later, I forgot that I was logged into the application and had provided my personal information, including my card's IBAN. I didn't receive any warning email about the application becoming chargeable, and I was charged $39.95 on the same day. I immediately deleted my account and contacted the support manager.

Following her instructions, I was told that the refund would take place within 7 to 14 working days, but unfortunately, the refund didn't happen. I continued to communicate with the manager, who suggested that there might be some transaction issues and advised me to wait for another few weeks. It has been over a month since the application was charged, and the refund has not occurred.

Summary: They either refund my funds or I will cause them some financial pain by sending this plus more to every review group and anti scam group worldwide, plus of course every outlet that flogs their scam.

Incidentally, the last entry $78.10 comes via Nicosia, where many scum hide out.

I will give them one week before I start.

Positive: Nothing. Used it once by mistake. I am 74 years old. This is money for food and meds.

Summary: I think it's a scam because I pay for this crap.

Positive: To change the text in a pdf document I lost an hour.

Negative: The text was not changed by me but by an employee through the chat. The application/website doesn't do its job, you waste time, modify and when you save you see that nothing has actually changed.

Summary: Violated and completely ripped off! There is not an ounce of humanity throughout this company. Every person I spoke to or had live chat with, reads off of a script and will not deviate from it.

Positive: Absolutely nothing. I spent $1 to create a PDF and have being charged $39.95 USD per month for the past 7 months unknowingly. They have no complaints department and when emailing them about it, they refunded only the last transaction and cancelled the account. When complains further and also letting them know my brother had died at the time of me creating the first pdf all I received back every time from their "support" section were their Refund Policy Terms and Conditions repeatedly,

Negative: PDFSimpli are absolute thieves with no moral compass as a company or organization.

Summary: Once you are completed with your document, you are led to a page where you can pay anywhere from 14 days to longer. The 'free' option is buried as a link at the bottom of text , and even then to get your free download, you need to wait 24 hours and provide your credit card information. I would look elsewhere, I understand businesses need to make money but be honest up front with your customers that there really is no "FREE" use. you need to jump through hoops to get the 'free' download you were advertised.

Positive: Easy to use, self explanatory, does what other competitors do as well, they place better keywords into Google search for adwords...

Negative: This software is the second time i have been burned with them, they show up on google as free to use to simply fill out information but that is wrong.

Summary: I selected one time fee to convert a document but was charged $39.99. they would not refund and we're condescending.

Positive: Nothing. just another scam that says it is a one time fee. Terrible customer service. I am so sick of these companies.

Negative: Tricks you into a subscription. I am so sick of these companies.

Summary: Atrocious. Scam. Charged for a subscription I didn't sign up for. I have checked other reviews and review websites and they seem to do this as a standard procedure.

I'm very careful with subscriptions and checked that I wasn't signing up for one at the time.

Positive: Nothing. Scam. Avoid like the plague. Check other websites and reviews - this has happened to many people in exactly the same way.

Summary: Horrible-this is a truly crooked company-- got caught on a trial, then charged for the subscription. Awesome business concept--take peoples money for no service.

Positive: Good at misrepresenting charges. Purchased a trial and then got caught in recurring charges. My credit card alerted and then the company refused to refund me.

Negative: Scam--they will begin charging card for monthly subscription. The pdf was ok, nothing great.

Summary: Atrocious. There is absolutely no need for this site to charge people anything at all. If you got scammed as well, then my condolences.

Positive: Nothing. Why isn't it free to edit PDFs??? It seems like such a straightforward task, I'd even be happy if I could drag text boxes onto the PDF. But no.

Negative: I saw this site advertising saying that you could annotate PDFs "100% free". Just a straight-up lie. They try to charge you for what should be a super simple and free service after you've already gone through the work of annotating the document.

Summary: Uploaded my document, made my account and then asked for money to compress pdf. A big cheaters! Cheaters!

Positive: There is no such pros of PDFSimpli. They just want to grab money for doing nothing special. I will call them cheaters.

Negative: Just ask for money before doing any compression of pdf.

Summary: This is a rip off and a scam site they lure you in saying it is a free tool via google ads but once you work on it and want to extract the file they will ask you to pay. They know you spent significant time so you will definitely pay.

Positive: The tool is powerful for editing and converting PDF documents and ease of adding texts to the pdf or even their convertor but there are other free tools available.

Negative: They advertise as it is a free tool but once your work is completed (I spent two hours editing document) once I wanted to download they asked me to pay for it. They say editing is free but downloading the doc is paid, what will I do with just editing?

Summary: Overall I would not recommend or ever use again. Really bad service and I was ripped off. They don't know what they are doing.

Positive: It was very hard to use anything on here. They draw you in. Making you think its all easy. But they screw you over in the end.

Negative: Customer service is very difficult to work with. They lack understanding of their customers. I was ripped off and they didn't care. Hung up and ran with my money.

Summary: Don't waste your time or money.

Positive: NONE.

Negative: Set up an account and when I tried to access the website nothing worked. I tried to connect with IT to help me with this issue and it was pointless. They asked me to send them a picture of my bank statement... I just cancelled my card because Customer service was completely useless. Don't waste your time or money!
