Summary: Everything about them is terrible, especially their costumer service. Just poor quality overall. Unprofessional in every way.

Positive: None. They're absolutely horrible in every way. Unprofessional costumer service representative, poor language, etc.

Negative: Never use them. There's nothing positive I can say. Just invest in Adobe Acrobat.

Summary: I just found out when seeing my credit card billing statement. They have charged me twice on Oct 2023 and Nov 2023 for USD 24.95 each... Damn. It's scam!!!

Positive: The feature is okay. Especially for editing PDF online. It's fast. But they just do not honest on the subscription scheme for the user.

Negative: It's a kind of trap. I just used it for editing one document on July 25. I paid them 1.95 dollar for the 14-day free trial. But, what they do not tell us is that they will automatically change your 1.95 dollar free-trial charge to subscription.

Summary: I don’t recommend PDFSimpli to any one because they are totally unprofessional and not helpful for legit customer.

Positive: There is no pro what should I say else they just have the info and they don’t even try to help you.

Negative: They will deducted the money without inform you and no return customer service is very poor and unprofessional.

Summary: Complete dishonest. Reading other reviews, though I have immediately canceled a subscription which I had never even agreed to anyway, I'll cancel my credit card tomorrow so to avoid any potential fraudulent charges.

Positive: This company advertises free of charge service with optional upgrade for pay. After spending 2 min to edit a pdf, I only then found out that I could not get the edited document downloaded to my computer unless I paid for the service. Even at that, the message was hidden amidst multiple prompts to pay for the service a $29.95 per month. The tool was confusing to use, and did not always save my changes, even when I typed the "save" button. The monthly price turned out to be jacked up to $39.95 instead.

Negative: It advertised as OPEN software, free of charge, but instead they asked for 14-day trial fee of $1.95. There was a tiny fine print of $29.95 for 12 months before I made the online payment. It's a scam & a lie, because the email I received showed something else instead - $39.95 every 4 weeks, that would make it over $479/year, twice as much than what ADOBE charges!

Then I realized in October and canceled AGAIN on the phone system following prompts. Then they charged me again on 11/02/2023! And refused to issue refunds! Total scam.

Negative: Everything the customer service is awful and I was charged without my knowledge for months

Summary: If you're considering using PDFSIMPLI, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. My experience with their customer service has been nothing short of appalling. I've been hung up on multiple times while trying to resolve issues—talk about unprofessionalism.

When I attempted to cancel my subscription, the cancellation confirmation email conveniently arrived only after the renewal payment had gone through. This is not just a system flaw but a shady business practice designed to lock you in financially.

No Receipt or Payment History: To add insult to injury, there was no way to pull a receipt or payment history from my account. They didn't even send a payment confirmation via email. You're basically left without any proof, making it impossible to dispute any charges with them.

I tried calling their customer service countless times to sort this out, but it seems like they've made themselves intentionally unreachable.

In light of this awful experience, I cannot stress enough how much better Adobe is as an alternative. Not only is it cheaper, but it also offers reliable and efficient service, which is the complete opposite of what you can expect from PDFSIMPLI.

Stay away from PDFSIMPLI if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!

Summary: Terrible don’t use them they scam your credit card charge you multiple times then don’t want to refund you.

Positive: None there is absolutely no pros to this crooked company. They are scammers that just want to charge your card over and over.

Negative: They don’t tell you they’re going to charge you $40 a month and try to scam you. Horrible people.

Summary: This site has a very misleading subscription process. BEWARE. If you aren't careful, you will end up with their highest tier pricing with no recourse.

Positive: Needed a quick edit to a PDF so was looking for something cheap to do a one time edit. Oops was that a mistake.

Negative: I paid the $1.45 for my one PDF but didn't know that it subscribed me to the highest tier unlimited subscription until I checked my credit card and found TWO months of charges. I never signed up for this and would never have given the email they used for my "account". It's my backup account only used for job searching so PDFScammers must have scraped it from my chrome browser to get my gmail account. I never check that account so I never knew I was autosubscribed.

They have refused to refund both payments. They refunded one only. This site has a very misleading subscription process. BEWARE.

Summary: Never again will I be using your services especially with rude customer service. Don’t have nothing good to say about the services that clearly were not met to my needs.

Positive: Nothing was good about the services didn’t even use it when I thought I needed too. False advertising.

Negative: I got charged 40 dollars within 13 days for a piece of paper, that said one charge for 2 dollars. I didn’t read were it said I will be charged 40 dollars. Nicole from customer care was rude and whoever hanged up on me before didn’t take care of my needs just told me to email customer support. What’s the point of having a number if you can’t resolve over the phone. I’m still waiting for my refund I don’t know why it would take two days or longer to figure out when I will get refunded.

Summary: Of course, I contacted the support manager again, and according to her, I should contact my bank because PDF Simpli has processed the refund. I haven't received any confirmation document for the refund or anything similar to explain the situation to my bank. After all, my bank has no involvement in this matter; it's solely the responsibility of the company. Communication ceased after the last email from the support manager. Please be cautious with your personal information and bank accounts.

Positive: Converting my word to pdf, it was easy for me to do that.

Negative: I am extremely dissatisfied with the communication with the support manager. After using the application on July 4, 2023, to convert my final thesis from Word to PDF, I tried the free conversion option. However, a month later, I forgot that I was logged into the application and had provided my personal information, including my card's IBAN. I didn't receive any warning email about the application becoming chargeable, and I was charged $39.95 on the same day. I immediately deleted my account and contacted the support manager.

Following her instructions, I was told that the refund would take place within 7 to 14 working days, but unfortunately, the refund didn't happen. I continued to communicate with the manager, who suggested that there might be some transaction issues and advised me to wait for another few weeks. It has been over a month since the application was charged, and the refund has not occurred.

Summary: They either refund my funds or I will cause them some financial pain by sending this plus more to every review group and anti scam group worldwide, plus of course every outlet that flogs their scam.

Incidentally, the last entry $78.10 comes via Nicosia, where many scum hide out.

I will give them one week before I start.

Summary: I think it's a scam because I pay for this crap.

Positive: To change the text in a pdf document I lost an hour.

Negative: The text was not changed by me but by an employee through the chat. The application/website doesn't do its job, you waste time, modify and when you save you see that nothing has actually changed.

Summary: Violated and completely ripped off! There is not an ounce of humanity throughout this company. Every person I spoke to or had live chat with, reads off of a script and will not deviate from it.

Positive: Absolutely nothing. I spent $1 to create a PDF and have being charged $39.95 USD per month for the past 7 months unknowingly. They have no complaints department and when emailing them about it, they refunded only the last transaction and cancelled the account. When complains further and also letting them know my brother had died at the time of me creating the first pdf all I received back every time from their "support" section were their Refund Policy Terms and Conditions repeatedly,

Negative: PDFSimpli are absolute thieves with no moral compass as a company or organization.

Summary: Once you are completed with your document, you are led to a page where you can pay anywhere from 14 days to longer. The 'free' option is buried as a link at the bottom of text , and even then to get your free download, you need to wait 24 hours and provide your credit card information. I would look elsewhere, I understand businesses need to make money but be honest up front with your customers that there really is no "FREE" use. you need to jump through hoops to get the 'free' download you were advertised.

Positive: Easy to use, self explanatory, does what other competitors do as well, they place better keywords into Google search for adwords...

Negative: This software is the second time i have been burned with them, they show up on google as free to use to simply fill out information but that is wrong.

Summary: I selected one time fee to convert a document but was charged $39.99. they would not refund and we're condescending.

Positive: Nothing. just another scam that says it is a one time fee. Terrible customer service. I am so sick of these companies.
