Negative: You have to pay for the download!

Summary: This company should not be allowed. I don't use it often because it does not work. Shameless scamming of people thinking they can just do a bit of editing and instead are sent on an endless journey.

Positive: It worked for a while. Then the eraser stopped working. Next text could not be edited. Support was useless. They said to use the eraser. It does not work after the first twenty minutes.

Negative: It is advertised as free. It is not. After you edit your document payment information appears. I paid. About twenty minutes later the pdf editor stopped working. Support suggested I send them my email address. They outright lie about being free, and then don't deliver.

Summary: Just read the reviews before mine. I couldn't put it better. Then don't use this business. Or if you already have been scammed by their payment methods, then add another review to mine!

Positive: Absolutely none. The review site has now asked me to lengthen this text to over 100 characters. So I will say again. There were absolutely no "pros", for me, to this dreadful business.

Negative: Everything, but particularly the deceit.
Oh, on on the Cons, the review site only wants me to go to 50 characters minimum . Odd, that, eh? Anyway, yes, absolutely everything I encountered from this business was a "con"

Summary: Absolutely despicable. Horrible program that treats itself as if it were the best around. Lies about free service, hides charges, forces account creation, and sells personal information.

Positive: Nothing. The only positives are in the aesthetics and the cheerful claims of free service. The only thing this program does well is scam its users.

Negative: The whole thing is a scam. Hidden charges, forced account creation and subscription, horrid prices, and worst of all advertised as free until you try to export your document. Then they hide it from you until you pay so you can't even take a screenshot and you are forced to redo 40 minutes of work, which took 2 hours because the program is clumsy and slows down to a crawl after a dozen edits.

Summary: They know most people only need this tool temporarily so they get you in with the 2 dollar payment and then hope you forget or don’t see they charge 40/month and they do not send any emails or anything to confirm or let you know they’re going to charge you. After explaining to them and seeing how I clearly never used it again after the first day of my TRIAL period they still refused to help me. I would NOT recommend using them.

Positive: The tool itself does what it says. But I will never recommend someone to use this shady company.

Negative: The company is has shady practices. They know what they’re doing in regard to billing and not informing you by email or anything. They’re hoping you forget you signed up for that $2 trial and then they start charging you $40 without any notice.

Summary: 0/10 fraud losers.

Positive: Converted a pdf for $2. One time need.

Negative: Signed me up for a $39.95 recurring service. I never agreed to this. They are either full on frauds or use deceptive practices.

Summary: DO NOT USE! They're lying saying its free. But It is NOT free. They will collect your email information then you will know you need to pay.

Negative: They say it's free, after you gave them your email you will now its not. Every time a business need to trick you to use they service, you know that's not a good business.

Summary: I'll never use again. I really need my document but Im real nervous about providing my credit card when they aren't honest upfront. The chat helper said I can pay the 1.9 an5d cancel straight away and wont be charged the 39.95 every month. Because if you do pay the small fee, every month after they charge 39.99 to your card (small print).

Positive: The program was great, easy to use, but the lack of transparency lets all the pros go down the toilet.

Negative: This company are not transparent to deal with. They state free editing, which I suppose technically it is. BUT, they let you load your document, they have access to your info, when you try to access your edited document, they try to charge you. Otherwise say 'see ya;' to your edited document as you will never see it again. Their charges are reasonable, why not be upfront? Because holding your document ransom works for them. If you truly want free steer clear of them. They are not honest!!!

Summary: Poor - would not recommend to anyone. Denied refund after canceling. Customer service was not helpful.

Positive: Product was acceptable but didn’t work perfect and way overpriced. Canceled and asked for refund but was denied. Poor customer service.

Negative: Everything - didn’t transfer documents exactly.

Summary: Cost me a fortune not worth it. Dishonest practice. A shame as it is a good app. They may be better off charging per document.

Positive: Easy to use and good quality documents. Exported several documents from pdf to word and layout etc was very good.

Negative: Keep taking money from me. Impossible to cancel. They give you instructions but the tabs they describe don’t exist.

Summary: Charged for a bad service, didn't do as it said, I wouldn't recommend this. Also you cant get a refund.

Positive: Nothing, really when I saved the file its didn't look like the document I was working on. Just a waste of money.

Negative: The file is saved all jumbled up. It looks good while you're working on it but doesn't save that way 👎

Summary: Horrible. They have the worst customer service ever possible. They also lied to my bank and PayPal that they had no record of my cancellation. After I provided documented email proof of my cancellation they still refuse to honor my refund which was made in accordance with their own refund policy.

Positive: The program itself can be useful to someone who truly need to use it to do functions with PDFs. However, canceling the service is a real problem and a hassle.

Negative: They refuse to issue a refund EVEN AFTER canceling BEFORE 30 DAYS is up. I ordered Dec 4th and canceled Dec. 19th they refuse to issue a refund contradicting their own refund policy. If this has happened to you, I would like to initiate a class action suit against them for theft of customer funds.

Summary: Terrible, dishonest business practices, scammers. I hope the Better Business Bureau shuts it down. If a customer makes a claim for a refund it should be taken very seriously. As a first time customer this leaves a very bad impression. I do not recommend this as the customer service is terrible.

Positive: It edits PDFs. That’s about it. Does what it says it will but totally not worth the price of getting ripped off. You’re better off printing something and using a red pen to cross out mistakes

Negative: Consumer beware! I was charged $39 for a trial that was supposed to be free. This is extremely dishonest business practice. I will never recommend this site to any of my colleagues ever. Extreme rip-off! Not honest at all

Summary: You are not good period you don't offer help.

Positive: You don't offer help plus your PDF is complicated especially signature and even if you pay and get your document finish.
Very complicated to use.

Negative: Zero help plus is very complicated and tricky.
