Negative: Do not like this product. Big scam in my experience. Don't take service.

Summary: Really disappointed by their slimy subscription tactics. It presented as free (not free trial), but only after signing up and editing do you see there is a 14 free trial. But if you want to download anything, you need to pay a single price, or sign up for subscription. Even if you make the single payment they automatically sign you up for monthly subscription (no notification). I really don't mind paying for services if it is communicated properly and honestly beforehand. But these guys are really slimy.
Call centre support (Jenifer) only gives attitude and drops the call.
No respect for them. Will not use again, even if the product itself is good. I don't like their dishonesty.

Positive: Product worked reasonably well, but hate their dishonest strategy to sign you up for subscription if you only use it once, and was willing to pay for the single document download. Slimy payment tactics DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!

Negative: 1) Advertised as free, but only see that you need to pay after signing up ad editing a doc.
2) Payment options are presented as one time payment for immediate download, or sign up for monthly subscription.
3) Even if you make one time payment, you are placed on 14 day free trial, and automatically charged monthly subscription after that. No option for refunds. No email notifications to state this as they claim.

Summary: It's a scamming application which they attract customer with the fact you can use it for free for a free trial but you are still getting charged and even after you inscribed for the 14 days you will still get charged monthly without notification, permission or invoice. The support invoke all sorts of reasons and even after I show them with screenshots I did not receive any emails or notifications from them they still bluntly ignore it and straight up refuse to refund your money that was taken without permission. Simply scammer practice.

Positive: Very good in helping you modify the PDF. Easy to use and it gets the job done that's how they get you to pay for the 1.95$ "free trial"

Negative: The free trial is not free you are still getting charged $1.95 and after if you pay with your debit card/credit card they charge you without your permission or notification and they don't even leave you an Invoice for what they are charging you.

Summary: Do not trust this company, I set up a 14 day account and cancelled after 2 days, I was billed for 4 months without any email notifications. Their records showed an account since 2020! Only support was via chat bot or off-site automated responses. Would not answer any questions. Very basic UI, UX, not a good product, no support, deliberately evasive.

Negative: I would not recommend this to anyone looking for an online SaaS pdf editor. It comes up first in Google, to be avoided.

Summary: I used their service to convert one document, one time, paid the $1.50 fee, that should have been the end of it, then two weeks later, a $40 charge showed up on my credit card. I never agreed to this. Apparently, your "plan" (like I ever had one) renews automatically at the end of the "trial period" and you're charged. I'm sorry, but any company that uses this tactic where the consumer is charged when they take no action is deceptive, sneaky and dishonest. As a consumer, I should be required to take some action to trigger a transaction. They are taking advantage of the probability that people won't read every last line of text in their terms and conditions, particularly the fine print. Companies that do this are SCUM. They are thieves. The only reason they got one star is because giving them zero was not allowed. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company and any others that use this auto-charge/auto-renewal GARBAGE. LIARS, CROOKS AND THIEVES IS WHAT THEY ARE!

Positive: Nothing. I regret ever finding this company online. How could I like anything about doing business with a company that is deceptive, sneaky and dishonest?

Negative: They stole from me. They are dishonest, deceptive, sneaky and not to be trusted. They are snakes. Stay away from them.

Summary: I worked on the pdf 10 -15 pages long I made changes after I saved it to my desktop I found out all the jobs I did were not saved I repeated them again and again and again, same thing same results.
Waste of precious time.

Positive: Nothing to like about you can get this type of garbage on google pretty much every other second.

Negative: Accessibility and work on it can be challenging I wasted weeks on this junk to fix their issues on my files.

Summary: This is a shameless company with lemon product. When I realized they charged me I immediately contacted them but they refused to refund the money.

Positive: None.

Negative: I used the "redact" feature, it actually doesn't really redact the information you want to protect. If you search the information you've redacted, you'll find you can still find it.
Also I paid the service and I was pretty sure I didn't agree to auto renewal, but they still put me on automatically monthly renewal plan, and charged me 20 more days after I stopped using it.

Negative: Deducted money from my account without permission.

Summary: They will charged your cc for the "free trial" period and automatically charge for a month even i tried to cancel a day before the expiration. They said they will issue a refund and sent a message that the refund has been issued but no refund transaction found and my bank confirmed that no other transaction from this company after my cc was charged. The just response my feedback that i need to contact them to resolve the issue, but it's been almost 2 months no but they did not response my messages.

Positive: Quick to response when you leave à bad feedback but slow to nothing to take an action. Scammer. No response, no refund issued.

Negative: Refund my money not just a message that you issued a refund. Issue a refund on my account.

Summary: After you realize what they are doing, they won't close your account. I tried to close my account but I was able to log back in after 24 hrs - I don't know if they are every going to close my account or not.

Negative: They bait you in with offer of free pdf to word conversion, then collect your info, then ask you to pay.

Summary: Horrendous, cumbersome, frustrating.

This is the most poo poo application I've used that I paid actual money for.

Positive: The fact they only rob you for $1.95, if it was anything more substantial, I'd be making an even bigger stink.

There is not a single "pro" to this application I can think of after using it for AN HOUR to edit FOUR sentences in a PDF.

I hate this thing with a passion. I need to spread the word.

Negative: This editor will cause you nothing but frustration. If it wasn't bad enough they do a bait and switch at the front door of "you can edit your thing for FREE" but they don't tell you they are going to make you pay in order to keep or do anything worth a dang with it.

their manipulative - but above that, the product itself is total trash. it will delete random stuff off your document that you haven't touched with their editor. It only has 3 font options (and not even the most commonly used fonts, for that matter) and it wont allow you to put anything overtop of where you've erased in the document - it shows up as big white squares. There is so many bugs and issues its a SHAME they actually launched this piece of garbage and are taking peoples HARD EARNED, REAL LIFE MONEY to use.

Don't waste your money or time. spend the extra couple bucks for a product that ACTUALLY WORKS.

Summary: Terrible business and seems to be a recurring charge scam. Getting people to enter their CC info and then doing the recurring charges and not cancelling when they state they will.

Positive: It converted one file for me over a year ago. Otherwise I have nothing good to say about this company.

Negative: It is a scam. Although I cancelled the service nearly a year ago (never used it past the trial period), I found from my accounting department that they are still charging the $40 per month. They have stolen hundreds of dollars from me since. Today I cancelled again via phone rather than chat. It claimed to be sending me a notice and never did. I went back to the cheat chat and they said they had no prior record of the previous cancellation. But said they cancelled it and I would get an email. I did not get that email. I am going to turn them in to every agency I know. It will cost them far more than they stole from me.
