Summary: As an overall experience, I have always enjoyed using OrangeHRM and I'm pretty sure that I would continue to use it.

Positive: Good user experience and excellent customer support. Would highly recommend OrangeHRM to any companies ranging from startups to MNCs. OrangeHRM is full of enriched features which makes the product very attractive.

Negative: User interfaces could have been even more friendlier than how it is now - but I won't say this as a con, rather as a suggestion for improvement.

Summary: I like how user friendly it is to manage and setup. I appreciate the customer services we have received, it made integrating extremely easy. Both our HR department and our IT department have really enjoyed this experience over all. I highly recommend OrangeHRM Free HR Software.

Negative: Trying to convince older employees to switch over.

Summary: Great software for companies to move away from excel. They have an advanced version if you one day decide to move out from the free version to a system with more capabilities.

Positive: This is a great tool for companies without an HR software. They have an employee database that can capture all important employee information. PTO tracking with an approval process, time tracking for project based companies, applicant tracking that can integrate with the careers page and also performance evaluation. This is 100% free with no hidden costs. You can also install it on your company hardware but if that is not possible you can request them to host it too.

Negative: Getting the system up and running could be better, but they do have a help portal and the support team is quite responsive.

Summary: It automates many processes and is a one-stop portal for our employees, saving time for HR professionals and employees. It has allowed our company to easily track vacations. It gives us the right level of reporting and functionality for our company. Tracking a candidate's process is easy and visible to everyone.

Positive: It keeps up with HR trends and is constantly innovating. I love the ability to request custom fields to be created. It has excellent customer service, it's a fantastic system for onboarding new employees. I like the fact that they are continually improving the software. A great HR information system that has many integrations.

Negative: It would be helpful to select what employment status is sent to surveys. I've had some trouble understanding how to do certain things in the program. The hiring component of the tool has some limitations.

Summary: It contains many useful tools for our organization, there are many additional options if you want to use it to manage performance reviews. It allows you to track your requests in one screen. The onboarding functionalities have been very useful. We can track, manage and report on the data.

Positive: I like all the options for tracking and storing information, it is extremely easy to manage employee data. I love the ability to create automatic reminders. It offers the tools needed to manage HR jobs. I like the fact that all employee data can be centralized. The employee list is always up to date, it is easy to clock in and out.

Negative: I wish there was more integration with payroll features. Support can be difficult to access at times. Some of the auditing features could also be improved. Reporting can be poor depending on the level of detail.

Summary: We use the payroll feature, which allows for quick and easy management. It has helped our organization consolidate the hiring process. Tracking time off is very easy for people. It allows us to keep everything in one place. It gives me an overview of my remaining days of leave.

Positive: The software is easy to use and requires no training. I like its ability to facilitate the concept of employee management by level. It offers basic features at a price that is affordable for most organizations. I like the ability to manage all employees without having to maintain paper files. I also love how easy it is to navigate between tabs and employees.

Negative: It would be helpful to allow you to select other employees you work with. I would love to be able to exclude a group of people from the satisfaction survey. I wish there were ways to create multiple onboarding checklists.

It offers many different features to keep track of current employees. It makes it easy to accomplish all of our HR needs.

I like that it is very straightforward and that they always have constant updates. I love the onboarding feature and how it can be configured. It is very simple but has the power to handle the needs of the business.

Negative: It would be great to have a workflow builder. It is possible to add more custom details to the reports. Some of the permissions to add other users are not exactly what I need.

Summary: It gives an overview of who's who in terms of structure, it's a comprehensive and easy to use tool for HR. This system is ideal for a company that doesn't have a full HR function. It's great to have all the HR material I need in one place.

Positive: You can track all tasks and activities. The applicant tracking system is intuitive. I love that onboarding was super easy and the time tracking. I like that you can track employee progress. It's great for managing a lot of HR-related activities. It allows me to customize all my different settings. I like that we can store all of the company's documents.

Negative: It's a great product with good features, there's not much I don't like about the platform. Sometimes it would be nice to have a bit more flexibility, the reporting could be improved. We haven't found any major bugs with the tool yet.

Negative: It would be nice to be reminded of documents I need. I would like to have a dashboard that includes internal communication updates. Some calendars are a bit difficult to view. A performance review section would be helpful.

Positive: I like attendance management calculating present and leave days and calculate salary. Employee profile management and we can manage assets provide by office.

Negative: If you don't like any option you don't use it and ignore.

Summary: Overall the product is likeable and simple to use. Compared to other similar products it lacks some novelty like feature packed Mobile App.

Positive: Quite an easy and simple tool to use. Learning curve is minimal, because of which helped to onboard team members without any resistance.

Negative: Look and feel of the document and actual version we are using is not matching.
Mobile App does not have Time Reporting feature.
Reports can not be exported to excel etc.

Summary: Personable individuals introduced me to the product and it all is very intuitive. Good product--good concept.

Positive: I really like the customizable options and the customer support was good. The ease of use and understanding is top notch.

Negative: The product, while good, was not feasible for a small non-profit with limited resources and budget.

Summary: Overall it was a great experience with some amazing support functions. Is a very clean UI with no redundant section to make the tool clumsy.
