Speech enabled, hands-free/eyes-free access to email, voicemail, calendar, and fax. To play an informative personal greeting, federated presence can be used to access the calendar. Multiple attendants, speech recognition interfaces, greetings to different departments, multilingual interfaces and scheduled messages are all supported. Automated outreach can be done via text messages or telephone calls.
