Summary: I discovered Notion very recently and I'm just loving it. You can modify it to fit your needs as you change your roles and targets in life.

Positive: - I like how flexible the entire architecture of Notion pages is, everything is decided by the user and almost nothing is fixed.
- The integrations with so many apps is amazing
- Free for personal use!

Negative: - I would like to see more blogger oriented templates and optimizations.
- The flexibility can be frustrating initially.
- Some user-specific optimization can be done. eg. pressing the '/' key could show the most used fields first and the other ones later. I have to press the down arrow so many times every time I have to add a heading.

Summary: It's a very important tool for me to organize my day. It allows you to write a note and plan your professional day. It makes way to share data with inbound teams. Overall I had a positive experience with it.

Summary: Notion is a very significant tool which helps me to save and manage tasks and business notes. My daily works are revolving around Notion, it also allows my business to store data and documents. It gives me the flexibility to customize the task as per project.

Positive: Notion is a complete value for money. Setting up and dashboard navigation is very easy and convenient. It allows secure data storage options. It gives freedom to customize the task and add notes as per project. User Interface is very appealing.

Negative: Notion is a very useful tool for my business, I never had any issue using this tool.

Summary: Notion is a powerful platform with tons of features. It offers great drag and drop functionality and is easy for non-technical users. For us the flexibility was almost too much so to keep things manageable we now predominately use Notion for storing SoPs and as a Wiki.

Positive: Notion is a very flexible platform that aims to be able to do almost anything as it relates to collaboration and managing the day to day activities of your team. We originally liked the fact that it offered this all in one approach and would help keep things centralized. It is also easy to use with drag and drop functionality the core to basically every aspect of the product.

Negative: For our team the flexibility ended up being a bit of a downfall. We ended up with so many different pages and areas of the app where people were adding or creating content or tasks. In the end we decided to pair it all back and now use Notion for SoPs and as a wiki only.

Summary: Notion provides an infinite flexible workspace for personal & team productivity. Consolidating notes, tasks, docs, & projects is powerful, but also a complex one.

Positive: Flexible workspace allows managing notes, tasks, docs & project. Intuitive editing & toggling with toggleable views.

Negative: A very steep learning curve for complex workspaces & databases. Lacks advanced permissions for secure collaboration.

Summary: My overall experience with Notion has been positive, particularly for users seeking a unified & collaborative workspace. Its adaptability to various workflows & its consolidation of multiple tools makes it a valuable asset for personal & professional use.

Positive: Notion, a versatile all in one workspace, presents several advantages for users seeking a flexible & collaborative digital environment. Its block based structure offers a modular & customizable approach to content creation.

Negative: The abundance of features initially overwhelm a new user, People may need to take a basic training in order to explore full potential of Notion from start.

Summary: Overall experience was terrific. I am able to save a lot of time with pre-planning but have to go through several reviews.

Positive: While this is an time management application its helping me to manage my day ahead just using my mobile.

Negative: The application has good amount of features hence understanding each is a separate task.

Summary: Once you learn how to use Notion it is a really handy tool. Within our company we use it as our intranet, an internal collection of pages of information with procedures, information, checklists, etc.
Notion is very versatile in its function and allows for high customization option.

Positive: -Very high customization options

-It's easy to link or insert media or other documents in pages
-You can collaborate with colleagues on the same page in real time

Negative: -There is a learning curve since page building is not very intuitive
-There is no possibility to create your own custom templates

Summary: Overall a great tool. I was looking for a tool to keep all my coding work/notes in one place that actually allowed you to include code snippets that recognize different coding languages.

Positive: * Lots of templates
* Ability to incorporate coding languages with expected visual look / feel
* Great sorting/layout features
* Personal / business options

Negative: * Not easy to export from Notion
* Otherwise great tool!
