    Summary: I love Namely and am very happy to be back. Would highly recommend them for mid-large size businesses scaling quickly who want a system that will address most HR needs in a single platform while allowing flexibility.

    Positive: One stop shop for almost all HR needs. Implementation is fantastic. Namely is very responsive to consumer feedback and is constantly making upgrades to address the ever-changing HR needs.

    Negative: Namely Time is a little cumbersome to get used to and has some quirks that aren't intuitive.

    Summary: The Namely team is amazing! Very knowledgable, there to help at the drop of the hat and the system has been the best HRIS I've used so far.

    Positive: System is 100% user-friendly, easy to navigate and has a lot of great features used by our HR and Finance teams. The analytical tools and features are also great and already built in and customer service support is one of the best I've seen!

    Negative: I wish reporting could be done a little more seamlessly in the system - often have to download and filter reports in Excel once pulled. Overall though, the system is great and works well.

    Summary: Namely helps to streamline overall HR operations. The payroll calculation and management feature is seamless. It allows very easy managing of the benefits, deductions, detailed reporting, simple tax filing without much manual intervention. The time and attendance management suite offers complete control over the time tracking and managing the attendance automatically. it offers completely working mobile application which can be used for all day to day tasks, leave management and punching attendance.

    Positive: Namely offers comprehensive HR tools within a single platform. It is a full fledge HR software which helps streamlining the most of HR role from a single dashboard.     Makes HR work more practical

    Summary: With this platform I have been able to keep everything organized with respect to the management of the company's personnel, being able to count on their all personnel and also be able to have the schedules in which each user must have reported, thus being able to manage the workforce of each one and know if They are fulfilling their duties within the company. Namely also has the ability to have a billboard that is more like a social media feed where you can share some information with all company employees, like celebrating birthdays or posting a concern. This allows for greater feedback digitally with each employee. In addition, all these "posts" that are created within this platform can be commented on, and can even be reacted to have a better interaction with the employees. So I can say that it has helped a lot with the payroll of employees that is also more intuitive than the basic platforms for HR, you can generate reports of the benefits that you have and also if you want you can have a report of the taxes that are owed to pay.

    Positive: º It has a very complete documentation and Namely guides or tutorials are extremely explanatory. In general, these types of platforms are very confusing or outdated with functions that are useful, but they are not well understood as they can really be applied and also with very few examples for practice. I would like not only HR platforms to be like this, but for any platform to provide a wide variety of information on how to apply each function in real life with different types of companies.

    º The Namely team is very professional and has always been there when I needed to solve a specific problem or function. I can say with certainty that no problem has been left in the air since everything has been successfully solved, thus allowing the work process to not stop when the human resources area is being managed.

    º For me, the reports that I have generated on this platform have been more complete than other similar platforms that are in the same area of ​​work. In addition, it is very organized and if you want to customize it more, it is possible since it gives you the freedom to order, put or remove anything that is necessary or not, giving you more capacity to have a report that adapts to what the company needs.

    º It is very complete when you want to have a card for employees where time can be recorded, in addition to having the ability to edit them at any time in case of a setback or breaks are assigned such as vacations, days off or any illness that may have occurred. arisen to avoid confusion in case of thinking that there was a fault within the work time stipulated by the company.

    º It is very easy to get into this platform, it is very friendly both for the common user and also for the administrators, who have a very extensive control panel that allows them to manage whatever they want. I can also get an organization chart of the structures of different departments and know how they are constituted. Also when logging in I can see the colleagues who are or are not active in their work areas.

    Negative: º It lacks customization in certain areas or simply the function it has when we want to add some resources has to be done manually in each user profile that the employee of the company has. This is a bit inconvenient due to the large number of people in my company and it takes time to be able to add some data or characteristic to each of the employee profiles.

    º I am having problems with time records for employees who are only working part time as well as time off requests for employees who are part time. This seems incomplete to me, having to record these times in another way so that there are no problems or confusion in the free hours that the employees have and it has not become entangled in whether it was a free time or they simply stopped working.

    º The search function is very slow and confusing, causing me not to use it very often until there is a performance update that fixes this problem. I would like them to improve this functionality since for me it is easier to be able to find something than to do it manually due to the large amount that is handled with a large number of company employees, it would be a solution that would further automate human resource management.

    º There is no chat tool per se, you can only ask for support which you get a ticket to wait for a response to any concerns you may have. I find it inconvenient to have to solve problems outside of this platform since communication here is the least instantaneous. It is possible to be like this, waiting for a response through tickets, but it would be better if there is the possibility of having an instant solution, this can be added as a tool within this platform.

    º The organization charts are the least intuitive that can be found on this platform, I would like them to change the design or also be more customizable in order to have everything more presentable for understanding the structure of the company with respect to each employee from different departments.

    Namely Makes it Easier

    Summary: We have been with Namely for less than a year and so far I am pleased with our decision. We are less than 50 people and I have learned a lot about the system and capabilities in such a short time and continually learning. I see us being able to grow and scale with this platform. I believe in the company themselves and what they stand for. It is a great partnership.

    Positive: I like that the system is all in one. I can link to applicant tracking, onboard, Everify, house documents, complete reviews, manage benefits and keep employee information all in one place. I also love that this company continues to improve their product and communicates well about product enhancements and plans.

    Negative: There is a lot you can customize but there are a few things still a bit clunky at times. For example, I would like to be able to add as many one off additional compensation on a check without having to upload a specific document.

    Summary: I am happy with Namely. I think it has everything we need. Everyone in support has been helpful and responsive. They offer good webinars too to stay on top of new features and options.

    Positive: The team is responsive and helpful when submitting a case. They really helped me a lot when I was new and they were patient.
    It has all I need in a way that is easy to use. I like the onboarding with the templates that can be sent that way for signatures.
    My Namely benefits rep was very helpful and I had direct access to him (poor guy). When I started at the company, I jumped right into open enrollment.

    Negative: Reporting is not super user friendly.
    There is no synch with PTO and payroll for those who do not fill out a timesheet.
    You can't just pick up the phone and talk to support when in a pinch (but there are options for urgent and call me if you need to - but I hesitate to use those).

    Summary: Overall the system is light years better than the one that we used to use. There are some hiccups along the way, but that can be expected with any tool.

    Positive: Streamlined UI and integrations for all parts of employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, offboarding).

    Negative: There are certain features hard coded in ways that don't make sense all the time, or labels that don't make sense (ex. classes should really be benefit classes). Another example would be our org's issues with using the timetracking functionality, we had to restructure our pay periods in order to use it instead of just being able to customize it.

    Fantastic HRIS Tool

    Summary: I would highly recommend Namely if you are still using paper processes for staff directories, performance management or PTO tracking.

    Positive: Performance Management tracking is much more organized and efficient than our prior process (all on paper). Everything is automated and tracked using Namely. Tracking PTO is also fantastic.

    Negative: Price is a bit high for the services we use.

    Understaffed and Glitchy

    Summary: If Namely hired more staff, handled issues as they came in, and was more proactive, the service would be much much better and they wouldn't be losing customers.

    Positive: Namely is very easy to use. It is designed like most social media sites and is fairly straightforward.
    It is very customizable in terms of setting up things like PTO plans, different types of reviews, and holidays.

    Negative: There are a ton of glitches that have been happening since the beginning of 2020, and the team doesn't seem to be staffed enough to handle issues. The glitches happen repeatedly, after the team says they are solved.
    It is very difficult to get in contact with anyone, whether over the phone, chat, or through submitting a case, for a least a week.
