Monact enables businesses to gather customer feedback and reviews by utilizing a QR code featured on a card inserted inside the customer's order packaging. By creating a concise survey, downloading a print-ready PDF, and placing the card within the shipment, sellers can prompt buyers to scan the code while the box is still open, allowing them to respond to questions before being directed to a screen that showcases various review platforms. The responses and scanning activity are then compiled and presented on a dashboard as customers open their orders.

This service is specifically tailored for sellers on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify who lack the capacity to email their customers directly; thus, the card inside the package serves as their sole communication channel. Each campaign can either be structured as a survey—featuring scoring, multiple choice, or open-ended questions displayed one at a time—or as a direct reviews campaign that takes buyers straight to their preferred review sites, with the flexibility to alternate between formats without the need for reprinting. Notably, Monact does not restrict reviews based on responses; every customer accesses the same concluding screen regardless of their feedback. Additionally, data responses can be exported in CSV format, and a free plan is available, which includes the first 250 printed cards for those who opt for a paid subscription.
