    Summary: Highly recommend this product, it will help organize your tasks and goals within projects and align team members on goals.

    Positive: We have been using Mission Control for over five years, love Colin and the team's great customer support. This is a tool that will help anyone who needs a PM tool that works seamlessly with Salesforce.

    Negative: The only con that I could come up with is that there are a ton of features due to the fact that it is a very robust tool, having said that, because we know SFDC it is easy to streamline the features that are important to us.

    Project Management on Salesforce - its a no brainer for us

    Summary: Mission Control is core to our business, we've been using it for 5 years. Its robust, the support is responsive and we're a happy customer.

    Positive: We go from Salesforce Lead -> Opportunity -> MC Project with different teams participating at different stages of the cycle.
    All in one platform.
    One platform saves us time in training and daily use.
    One platform provides us with visibility of the end-end cycle from Lead through to delivery.

    Negative: It would be nice to have the ability to work on project plans with outside parties, i.e. customers and partners.

    Summary: Customer support is one of the best I've experienced. They genuinely care for their clients and never fail to support in a prompt manner. Highly recommend Mission Control!

    Positive: Had to choose one PSA system from several and happy we went with Mission Control. Fantastic system, incredibly intuitive, easy to use and great features!

    Negative: To be fully honest, there aren't many glaring cons. They release updates on a regular basis only advancing the system and making it more useful.

    Summary: We started with an out of the box solution plus some configuration to meet our need last year. Then gradually built upon the existing features as we grew. A fantastic solution.

    Positive: Various features, but the ones I used the most were timeline, team logs and project financials, having all these in the ones place was fantastic.

    Summary: Mission Control uses entered data effectively in views that are helpful to different project management tasks (e.g. Kanban, Gantt charts, resource availability).

    Positive: Some of the features I like include managing team member capacity, monitoring budget, supporting communication around tasks.

    Negative: Some objects are not connectable in reports (e.g. Contributors). Would be great to be able to export Scheduler for more manipulation in CSV/Excel.

    Mission Control is mission critical to our success

    Summary: Mission Control is a robust project management and automation tool. I recommend investing in the initial implementation to ensure you are getting the most out of the solution.

    Positive: As a Salesforce ISV we love that Mission Control is a native Salesforce application. The application is a robust project management solution. Presently, we have not even scratched the surface of what it can do for us, and I look forward to continuing to mature our process using Mission Control.

    Negative: Ideally, we would be able to easily collaborate with our customers on project plans. While the Salesforce platform allows for this level of enhancement, this is not an out of the box feature of Mission Control. I hope this is something that will be on the Mission Control product roadmap in the future.
