Positive: If you are looking for a lightweight application to organize and plan tasks for team then Microsoft Planner is a good choice. It provides a great interface with a timeline view which helps in task organization. The flawless integration with other Office products is also a great feature.

Negative: It is not as feature rich as Trello or Asana which are both better alternatives if you have a larger project.

Positive: - MS Planner integrates perfectly into the entire Office 365 ecosystem and the users do not have to look elsewhere for this one thing.
- The UI is very good and the color-coding of cards is a super useful feature according to me.

Negative: - I think an option to clone previous plans and structures in order to modify it and build over it can really save my time.
