Positive: All the expected items and services are available in a single product. ManageEngine OpManager meet our business needs at an affordable price. Implementation is straightforward and didn't require as much time compared to other products.
Negative: I didn't feel any dislike for any feature but if i suggest, ManageEngine OpManager alarms can be cumbersome to customize at the individual monitor level. We often get multiple alarm for the same fault, which can be annoying.
