Positive: Present we are using in my Organization ManageEngine endpoint security and Service Helpdesk ticketing tool.

Negative: Currently we don't like in the manage engine if any asset removing from customs group the option is not available and ticketing tool in also asset reassignment is difficult.

Negative: ManageEngine OpManager is a useful platform for monitoring of resources, however the monitoring server should be of high compute as the OpManager consumes CPU when monitoring large number of devices. Further understanding the in-depth features and advanced options, the administrator needs to be trained accordingly. Also, third party integrations require efforts. Configuring the OpManager for alerts plays a major role, as sometimes there may be multiple alerts generated for the same issue again and again.
