    Summary: I have been using Manage Engine OpManager in my current as well as past two organisations. I have found this product to be very useful in monitoring mid-range environments. It is positioned as a mid-to-upper-tier tool (not ultra-premium) that aims to strike a balance between features and cost. Overall the product is fruitful.

    Positive: 1) User-friendly interface.
    2) Customizable and flexible reporting options.
    3) Multiple Software Integration for end-to-end monitoring and troubleshooting.
    4) Informative User Dashboard, even customizable.
    5) The device can be added by using multiple protocols.
    6) Alerting & threshold-based notifications.
    7) We have used it for monitoring of network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, servers, VMs, etc.

    9) Value for money.

    Negative: 1) Upgrades without technical support team involvement are a bit risky (some features break), with downtime or issues, especially when skipping versions or following wrong steps for the same.

    Summary: It is a powerful tool to monitor all your hardware devices. All our load balancers, firewalls and routers are managed through OpManager. We observe the network packet movement through it. So if there are any issues we get to know it early thus resolving the issue at the earliest. This has helped us to reduce our turn around time and debugging time.

    Positive: 1. ManageEngine OpManager is being widely used all over. We are using it for application monitoring, network monitoring, hardware devices monitoring and more.
    2. The bandwidth usage and consumption can be easily monitored and thus provides idea to Network admins on how much bandwidth pipe would be required from future perspective.
