Positive: Present we are using in my Organization ManageEngine endpoint security and Service Helpdesk ticketing tool.

Negative: Currently we don't like in the manage engine if any asset removing from customs group the option is not available and ticketing tool in also asset reassignment is difficult.

The technical assistance and support provided by ManageEngine team is great. Ticket resolution time is good. The product is reliable and stable.

3. Logging and debugging becomes easy with OpManager.
4. At any point of time, you can get the status of your hardware devices. You can get an idea on the resource consumption.

Negative: It is a useful platform for troubleshooting from network and hardware perspective. There are no disadvantages. It helps in getting the real time stats and uptime of the application. Internet usage and bandwidth utilization can also be monitored.

Summary: Our overall experience with OpManager is good. We have been using it on a daily basis for our monitoring purposes. The technical support from the ManageEngine team is good. We have been using it since long and the platform is secure, scalable and reliable. It helps in monitoring physical as well as virtual machines. It not only monitors in real-time but also stores the statistics for future references. Based on the same decisions can be taken. Performance Testing and stress testing scenarios can be monitored easily using the ManageEngine OpManager.

Server resource monitoring can also be done like CPU utilization, memory consumption, storage space and more. Also, bandwidth utilization can be monitored through OpManager. OpManager is great platform for system administrators as they get a centralized view of all the devices at the same place and also the notification alerts help in debugging the issue in a faster manner.

Negative: ManageEngine OpManager is a useful platform for monitoring of resources, however the monitoring server should be of high compute as the OpManager consumes CPU when monitoring large number of devices. Further understanding the in-depth features and advanced options, the administrator needs to be trained accordingly. Also, third party integrations require efforts. Configuring the OpManager for alerts plays a major role, as sometimes there may be multiple alerts generated for the same issue again and again.

Summary: Well, I am impressed with the overall offerings that Manage Engine offers, looking forward to seeing more services and applications being offered that will align with AI and Data Science.
