Maintenance Care is a cloud-based, facilities maintenance management solution that helps organizations of all sizes manage work orders, assets, preventive maintenance tasks and more from any device. Maintenance Care includes a mobile CMMS to make task completion and tracking easier on-site or on the go.
Maintenance Care’s CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) includes a host of powerful but easy-to-use features, including asset tracking, parts and inventory management, dashboards, reporting, document storage, third-party integrations and more. Preventive scheduling functionality helps users handle in-progress tasks and plan for bigger projects to address what work needs to be done and when.

Summary: Overall, we are happy with Maintenance Care. I like how you can assign categories, people, tasks, etc.
Positive: User friendly! I've been using the system for three years now and it works pretty well. I do wish it was user friendly to run reports.
Negative: Running reports is difficult to figure out. I.E. I like to share with the admin how much time we spend at each of our locations. Which trade we spend most of our time troubleshooting, etc.

Summary: Overall, it provides a way to track work and time for use in billing. It is easy to use for the basics, however, I am sure that it is capable of more than we have been able to implement. We don't have any IT trained staff, and we are all very busy, so if a function isn't super easy to understand - it doesn't get used.
Positive: It is a consistent method of tracking work and hours for a large maintenance staff. The filters are useful in finding and matching work orders. It syncs on the PC, tablet, and phone.
Negative: The reporting portion is difficult to manipulate. It doesn't calculate hours when a Work Order is worked over multiple days, and we have to rely on the staff to update the time spent manually. It would be nice to be able to duplicate work orders for routine repeated tasks. It would be helpful to be able to mark several work orders to update or print, instead of one at a time - also to be able to mark a list as invoiced. I think this is the most inconvenient part for me.

Summary: Great software to keep track of repair, service and warranties. Excellent tool to track maintenance repair and warranties.
Positive: Easy to input requests and follow up on any outstanding items. Keeps track of progress. Especially with fleet vehicles, and large properties that require multiple resources to accomplish tasks and maintain.
Negative: Nothing comes to mind as a "con" maybe some videos to train new staff?

Summary: Overall, I'm happy with MaintenanceCare. It does the job without being overwhelming. It's responsive and does what you need.
Positive: I joined a site that was already using this tool and found it easy to get integrated into their use of it with almost no learning curve. Especially for managing tickets, it's very simple. The mobile app is also quite usable for updating tickets on the go.
Negative: It doesn't have heaps of customizability, and many ordinary organizational changes would involve creating a new site, which incurs additional fees.

Summary: This is the best Maintenance system to use for Productivity. This is a great tool to have in a Maintenance Department. Schedule, Work orders for other Departments to keep in touch with the Maintenance Department

Summary: Our facility spans over 2 acres of greenhouses and includes approximately 22,000 square feet of office and laboratory space. Additionally, we farm around 5-10 acres of field flower seed production annually. With so much equipment and machinery to maintain, we chose Maintenance Care as our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for its user-friendly design, flexibility, and robust capabilities in managing our equipment assets. The web-based portal allows easy access from both PCs and mobile devices, simplifying our workflow. We particularly appreciate the simplicity of scheduling preventative maintenance tasks. We've also empowered our employees by giving them access to submit maintenance requests through the web portal, enabling quick and efficient communication of repair needs. Pricing played a significant role in our decision, as the cost is very reasonable. The support provided has also been excellent.

Summary: Maintenance Care makes my job easier and less stressful. I can access the program even when away from work allowing me to make a plan before returning to work after days off.
Positive: It makes my job more organized and much more efficient when prioritizing work orders. Making sure projects get completed in a timely manner making it easy for me and the people putting in the request.

The program helps the maintenance team ensure all requirements under the FLTCA are itemized as part of the preventative maintenance tasks to ensure we meet regulations/ guidelines.
Easy to use program that we have installed in all our nursing units so that anyone can enter a maintenance repair request and nothing is missed.
Tracking monthly and quarterly tasks helps us as well in our quality improvement, including documenting equipment repairs to ensure we are using resources effectively for the life of the product.Positive: Great program to list and prioritize maintenance tasks including routine preventative maintenance jobs that must be completed as per regulations.

Summary: Progressed from the basic program - maintenance job tasks then moved up to a program that included preventative maintenance and facility assets - works for us!
Positive: The ease of the program! All staff are able to use it.

Summary: Great overall happy with service and app wish more apps were like this have used for years and will keep using.

Summary: I was tasked with saving our department years ago and found maintenance care for a fraction of the price of the software we were paying for.
Positive: The program is very easy to use. The user interface is in no way overwhelming. The app on the smart phone is a great added bonus feature.
