    Positive: User friendly, quick update times, easy access and love the customization you can do with the program.

    Negative: No cons. I have never had issues with this product.

    Summary: Would recommend this product. We use this for all of our Maintenance services and requests, great system. Easy to use. I know our Maintenance Director like the system and wants to continue to use it moving forward.

    Summary: Maintenance Care is an excellent tool for a dynamic company that needs to track and record maintenance work allocated to personnel and assets across any size of facility.

    Positive: Easy to use. Easy to search database. Reporting new work orders and inputting information and notes on in-process work orders is fast and efficient.

    Negative: Unable to automatically delegate work orders to assigned persons via email.

    Summary: We are pleased with the current product & its performance. Some of your competitors are doing lunch & learn sessions with SMEs & using real live manufacturing examples on performing PMs.
    Your current web based learning is OK, but not all scenarios are covered.

    Positive: The support when I do have questions. The price was very competitive to other CMMS systems. Training was made available to the greater team. Having a below min report is also very useful to have.

    Negative: I wish that the part location would have a separate field rather than embedding it within the part description.
    The Custom reporting is not available yet.

    Summary: Overall, we are happy with Maintenance Care. I like how you can assign categories, people, tasks, etc.

    Positive: User friendly! I've been using the system for three years now and it works pretty well. I do wish it was user friendly to run reports.

    Negative: Running reports is difficult to figure out. I.E. I like to share with the admin how much time we spend at each of our locations. Which trade we spend most of our time troubleshooting, etc.

    Summary: Overall, it provides a way to track work and time for use in billing. It is easy to use for the basics, however, I am sure that it is capable of more than we have been able to implement. We don't have any IT trained staff, and we are all very busy, so if a function isn't super easy to understand - it doesn't get used.

    Positive: It is a consistent method of tracking work and hours for a large maintenance staff. The filters are useful in finding and matching work orders. It syncs on the PC, tablet, and phone.

    Negative: The reporting portion is difficult to manipulate. It doesn't calculate hours when a Work Order is worked over multiple days, and we have to rely on the staff to update the time spent manually. It would be nice to be able to duplicate work orders for routine repeated tasks. It would be helpful to be able to mark several work orders to update or print, instead of one at a time - also to be able to mark a list as invoiced. I think this is the most inconvenient part for me.

    Great Software Tool

    Summary: Great software to keep track of repair, service and warranties. Excellent tool to track maintenance repair and warranties.

    Positive: Easy to input requests and follow up on any outstanding items. Keeps track of progress. Especially with fleet vehicles, and large properties that require multiple resources to accomplish tasks and maintain.

    Negative: Nothing comes to mind as a "con" maybe some videos to train new staff?

    Summary: Overall, I'm happy with MaintenanceCare. It does the job without being overwhelming. It's responsive and does what you need.

    Positive: I joined a site that was already using this tool and found it easy to get integrated into their use of it with almost no learning curve. Especially for managing tickets, it's very simple. The mobile app is also quite usable for updating tickets on the go.

    Negative: It doesn't have heaps of customizability, and many ordinary organizational changes would involve creating a new site, which incurs additional fees.

    Positive: Organization is key to any good maintenance software and this one is great at most aspects. We use this daily.

    Negative: It may need more customization within some of the drop down menus. the option to name drop down menus would help.
