Summary: This is one of the best maintenance software programs that we have used and will continue to use for our company needs.

Positive: Covers all of our work order needs and helps with tracking of our needs. Easy to use by all staff members and the app is a breeze to install and use.

Negative: We have no cons to report for this product it meets all of our needs.

Summary: Very useful tool to organize your requests and inputs. I like how you can add any reminders or schedule your tasks during the year

Summary: I have been using this product since 2018 and it has met the need for my staff and myself. We have enjoyed using this product to get our work accomplished and we have a written report for council and committee meetings showing our progress. This product has helped us save fuel and windshield time going to get a work order completed.

Positive: My staff and I really enjoy using this product, we can see work orders on our phones and not have to be at a desktop computer. Another benefit is that we can plan what materials we need to take to a site and avoid loss of time and fuel. The last benefit is that we can enter notes, costs associated with a work order and close it off our phone as well.

Negative: I would like to have the software we have to include a method to have scheduled work that needs to be done periodically.

Summary: The service has been remarkably responsive and helpful. Susan's ability to understand and adapt to our unique situation has been awesome!

Positive: Software usable by maintenance staff who don't like to use software! Logical format and easy to input and extract data.

Negative: Maintenance team members often have a stigma against software/computers

Summary: Overall, I would say our partnership with Maintenance Care has been a success, we are able to keep track of vital equipment maintenance and keep machine down time to a minimum. As a facility manager that is always the goal, keep machines running (limited down time) and keep costs under control. There is also accountability as reports can be run to see who is getting tasks complete and who is not.

Positive: The software is easy to setup and operate. We entered all of our assets (Shop Equipment) into the software and created, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks for the operators that run the equipment. We also setup tasks to remind us to contact vendors for more complicated annual PM's and services the equipment may need.

Negative: There are a few bugs the developers are still working out but so far nothing that prevents us from using the software for our needs.

Summary: I am pleased with the program. It has kept our maintenance crew on track and allowed us to not let anything slip into the "black hole".

Positive: Great tracking tool, we are now able to properly track and monitor all open issues on the property!

Negative: The app could be a little more user friendly, especially for field guys . Inventory tagging could be simpler too maybe a drop down to assign inventory to specific work orders.

Whenever we've encountered any issues or had questions about the software, their responsive and knowledgeable support staff have been there to assist us promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Positive: The app and program worked well, it was very easy to use and easy to maintain for using to ensure tasks were completed and reviewed with notes etc.

Negative: Sometimes the system would have some tasks disappear but was not often.

Summary: I have used this maintenance care in past companies and always will share it in the future. Awesome app as well.

Negative: Adding files can be easier. Printing the graphics from your dashboard could be made easier as well.

Summary: Overall, the experience has been excellent. From the initial purchase and installation to daily use and implementation.

Positive: I like the versatility of the software. It handles all of our work orders. Tracks data on all of our assets, and it provides clear reporting.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the time required to input all of our data, but we have lessened that impact by working on it daily for short periods of time.

Summary: It has helped me to get better organized. I like being able to get it on my phone and email so I don’t ever miss anything that needs to be done.

Positive: Being able to look back at old requests and see patterns in my maintenance routine this has helped me with my routine maintenance.

Negative: I can’t think of anything that I don’t like I believe that this program is useful for anyone that gets into it.
