    Summary: I've heard employees talking how easy and quick it is to submit a work order. They have the link on their desktop so it is literally at their finger tips.

    Positive: The ease of use, for myself and other employees. Biggest feature I like is being able to set reminders up. Very nice for filter changes.

    Negative: I can't think of anything I don't like. I've used a few other software systems and most had holes in them. Maintenance Care doesn't.

    Summary: We carry a list of items to be completed. The software has allowed us to keep track of the tasks and the fact that the technicians can upload a picture of the performed task is great to keep track of the performed work.

    Positive: Keeps track of tasks, we can add pictures of the completed task and allows to set reminders for pending tasks.

    Negative: When a filter is applied it retains the memory of the filter. Sometimes is difficult to find a task if there was a filter applied and not cleared.

    Summary: Dramatically improved follow up by maintenance and ability to track the team's performance has been a game changer from what used to be a very frustrating situation.

    Positive: The interface has worked very well for our two facilities. Having the system gives every employee from top to bottom the power to get problems addressed quickly and efficiently by direct communication to our maintenance supervisor. Every computer in our organization has a desktop link to the system.

    Negative: I don't really have any complaints, There really is minimal training required of new employees, so that typical frustration with software applications has not been experienced by us.

    Summary: We love the product. I can easily look 24/7 to what issues have been put in and manage even from home on the weekends, if someone in the building can take care of until maintenance is back.
    Very easy to use for staff and keeps them moving throughout the day.

    Positive: Product is very easy to use and track open as well as closed work orders. Maintenance loves it because it saves them time from staff having to come find them, or take a lot of time telling them about an issue. It keeps maintenance more productive.

    Negative: We love the product and have found it easy to use.
    Some staff still stop maintenance, like the face to face interaction. Working with them on.

    Caring with Maintenance Care

    Summary: My overall experience is good. Maintenance Care is a very useful tool for our work efficiency and for keeping records of past work done.

    Positive: Maintenance Care keeps all of our work past, present, and future assigned and well organized. I'm able to assign tickets to multiple staff at different facilities and look back at the progress of those tickets as needed. The app makes receiving tickets almost instantaneous, and I'm able to enter them if needed when I'm away from my desk. I especially appreciate being able to search history in multiple different ways. Using scheduler for future and/or ongoing tasks is helpful as well.

    Negative: Can't correct comments in the tickets.
    Staff that work in multiple buildings are only able to view tickets in one facility at a time.
    The delayed status option has not worked very well for us as it doesn't switch over to new on the date that the ticket is set for (unless that has changed since I last tried it).

    Would love to see a notes for ongoing issues. Also have a flagging system to indicate ongoing issues.

    Positive: Quick maintenance request filling. Almost real time reporting. Historical reporting and actions made.

    Negative: Lots of missed double reporting. Only works with a single issue per request.

    Summary: This is by far the best R&M management system I have ever used! The simplicity for all levels of the team to use and keep our teams informed.

    Great support from MC team.
    The app is simple for all levels for the team.
    Allows us to easily follow up on all requests and the weekly report sent out is a great resource for us to review and action. great communication tool for all to track timeliness of work order.

    Negative: Would like to see an option to add photos into the maintenance requests! An area i would like to see added would be a budgeting platform allowing for planning and forecasting purposes. It would be great if it could provide recommended repair companies and generate quotes based off of needs for R&M.

    Summary: From initial exploratory call through implementation the technical support and customer service was exceptional. A great product and a great team!

    Positive: The software is very user friendly, easy to navigate, and intuitive for the end-user. The customizable reporting has been valuable to our clients, providing insight they had not had before.

    Negative: Switching an organization from paper to electronic is a challenge. The option to continue to print WOs, for example is good for these users, but can delay the transition.

    Great Software and Customer Service

    Summary: Great software and customer service experience. The software is very easy to use and very easy for our office tenants to adapt to.

    Positive: We started using Maintenance Care June of 2022 and been very happy with the software ever since. We utilize this for our Performing Arts Center Facility and streamline all maintenance request and projects through it. We also are starting to use the asset feature to keep track of all of our equipment and supplies. I highly recommend this software and company! Also the customer service is like no other. They are always there to help and have a positive and nice attitude with anything that may arise.
