    Summary: Poor experience overall!!

    Chatstack is designed to do many things including but not limited to answering customer questions and help increase sales. Because it is so full of bugs and has so many technical issues consistently it has become impossible to correctly answer questions and gain sales from potential and existing customers that use our Chatstack live help.

    Positive: Easy to use when it works.

    Fixed fee for unlimited websites (I am grandfathered in under an old plan).

    Negative: Chatstack is a one-person operation that has very long delays in responses with the same person responding to all types of support and sales requests.

    Chatstack desktop and iPhone versions are CONTINUOUSLY buggy and the owner never resolves the problems 100%.

    My patience has run out!

    Do not use Chatstack unless you want a poor-quality product and poor, slow service!
